This property is rather bland...needs art in the hallways. Needs a luggage rack in room The bathroom had no space for toiletries. The happy hour bar was not staffed. Ring a bell and wait forever. Breakfast was decent. Hotel was generally clean but appeared tired without art on the walls. Elevator was rickety For the price, I would not stay there again.

Very large rooms. Quiet environment. Friendly staff. Nice bar, terrace, and restaurant. The only downside is that there is no AC in the rooms.

Okay-ish

The hotel was pretty average, nothing special, but not terrible either. A few things could've been better. The restaurant didn’t offer a regular menu, which was kind of strange but I could deal with it. The early closing time was a bummer, though. The biggest issue was the super thin walls; it was really hard to sleep with all the noise from the other rooms and the hallway. Plus, there was no air conditioning, so my room felt like a sauna!

Pænt hotel. God morgenbuffet. Vi valgte, at spise hotellets middag og må sige, at det var virkelig dårligt. Men ud over at servicen ifm middagen og kvaliteten af råvarerne til middagen var ringe, så var hotel opholdet ganske tilfredsstillende.

Konstruktiv kritik

Vi har boet centralt i gå-afstand til Marstal med gode parkeringsforhold. Dog et minus at man selv skal have ladekabel med til sin el-bil for at kunne tanke. Det vidste vi for det første ikke og havde det derfor ikke med, men det ville have fyldt meget at skulle medbringe og er tungt. Så vi opladte hos OK-benzin ved Superbrugsen i Marstal i stedet. Hotellet er pænt og rent med venlig service. Morgenmad o.k., men rundstykkerne lidt kedelige og muslien til yoghurten "tandløs" uden smag eller crunch. Dejligt med Happy-hour både eftermiddag og aften. Lidt mere alkohol i drinksene havde ikke skadet og især om aftenen ville det have tilført ekstra stemning med lidt hyggemusik i baggrunden. Eks: Richard Claydermann eller lign.

Godt hotel

Godt hotel. Men vi fik et værelse tæt på restauranten og høj musik/dans til sent på aftenen. Ligger lige udenfor gå afstand, så en cykel er nødvendig, til Marstal centrum og havn.

Hotellet var rent og pænt med en fremragende morgenbuffet. Hotellet virkede mere som et kursuscenter. Servicen i receptionen ved ankomst var ikke den bedste oplevelse, men i restauranten var den top. Sengene på rummene var meget smalle. 80 cm brede. Man sov elendigt!

Men restauranten var ikke tilfredsstillende idet vi hadde ingen mulighet for at velge meny da den var bestem av restauranten hvilke vi ikke fin opplyst ved bord reservasjon og ikke kunne vi betale for det skulle betales ved utsjekk, hvis vi skulle ha noe at drikke el. skulle vi vise nummer skilt hver gang -det skulle vel være nokk med 1. gang

Støj fra både gaden og hotel-gangen

Meget støj, både fra gaden og ift aktivitet på gangen. Meget lydt. Kedeligt værelse hvor solen stof og stegte ind, så der var frygteligt varmt og for meget støj, hvis man åbnede vinduerne. Ligger langt uden for byen. På den positive side var personalet meget venligt og fælles arealerne er flotte.

Meget venlig velkomst. Værelset var klar, selvom vi kom 3-4 timer før normalt ankomst. En dejligt værelse, rent alle steder. Vi spiste kun morgenmad på hotellet, og det var godt. Meget at vælge imellem. Hotellet får vores bedste anbefaling
