"The maitre d'hotel was fantastic, very welcoming, demonstrating the after hours locks, and providing a map and list of things to do in the area. My only caveat is the office is a bit hard to find within the residential-shopping complex. "Stayed as a family with kids <5years old. Swimming pool and splash pool was great considering the heat. Property itself needs some upkeep and attention. It was perfect for the odd afternoon which we had a we traveled out of the resort most of the time and just used it as a base. I would not spend all my days there but considering its location to Marseille and the lovely surroundings it worked out pretty well"

"ResidHotel Prado is a good budget option. I’ve stayed here several times. The beds are a little tired but I like the fact that the rooms have kitchenettes, bathrooms are renovated nicely with great water pressure for the showers. I enjoy it’s location, it’s secure, the neighborhood is safe with several public transit options to get around the city and bus connection to all of the beaches, and it’s a quieter option than staying in the center which is easy to get to on foot, tram or metro."

"The staff cleaned our room and refreshed our towels only once during our 9-night stay. We had to ask for some toilet paper rolls every few days. Our room and bed were large and we even had a small kitchenette which was nice. The staff is friendly and helpful."
