Au cœur de Marseille.

Etablissement bien situé et d'une propreté irréprochable ; en revanche, son fonctionnement est celui d'une résidence étudiante et non d'un hôtel. Il vaut mieux donc savoir avant que c'est au voyageur qu'il incombe de faire le ménage de sa chambre. Le petit déjeuner est réduit à l'essentiel (boisson chaude et froides, viennoiseries, pain, fromage et céréales), mais d'une qualité qui ne suscite aucun reproche.

Cafard dans la chambre, a l'arrivée la chasse n'était pas tirée, chambre en résidence étudiante. Impossible de dormir vu la chaleur, pas de clim mais des ventilateurs qui vampirisent les seuls prises disponible. Pas de café même soluble offert, ni bouteille d'eau. Petit lit dont le confort est rudimentaire. Si vous venez en voiture c'est parking sous terrain payant obligatoire si vous ne voulez pas vous garer à plus de 30 min à pied. Si vous êtes nostalgique que la précarité étudiante c'est l'endroit rêvé pour tous les autres passez votre chemin.

hôtel propre ,spacieux , bien situé , personnel accueillant mais vraiment regrettable qu'il ny ai pas la clim impossible de dormir malgré le ventilateur qui brassé juste l'air. première fois également de voir que ce soit à moi de vider la poubelle de la chambre à la fin de mon séjour. Et le petit déjeuner sur des chaises hautes pour les petits enfants pas du tout pratique ma fille n'était pas bien installée et a failli tomber. Cote prix le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas le coup pas beaucoup de choix

Not too pleased

Got there and no one was at the reception desk for 15 minutes. A worker then walked in after coming back from the market. Finally got our 2 rooms. The rooms only had swamp coolers that had dirty water in them and did not cool the room much. Could not sleep because it was too hot. Next day, we went for the breakfast that we paid with our bookings but the front desk lady alleged we did not pay. We showed our receipts but she insisted they are not shown on her computer. I told my family to leave the food and was about to leave. She only allowed us to eat because we already got some food on our plates. I was too upset to eat at this point and again showed her my receipts with breakfast. I left without eating. What happened to customers are always right? I personally would not stay there again.

Les voleurs de Marseille

Ils ont pas voulu prendre mon ami à cause de la caution et moi ils disent qu'ils ne sont pas adapté aux personnes handicapées et l'ont fait lyncher par des policiers municipales, sa main est cassé et ils n'ont jamais remboursé les 212 euros que j'ai pourtant payé, affaire qui va au tribunal
