Very happy with my stay here, friendly staff and a nice clean room. Easy to walk to from Gare De La Pomme station too

Amazing dinner
Excellent location for the old port and the stadium. Room was comfortable and had what we needed. The food at dinner was amazing. Freshly cooked, French food at a crazy good price. If you stay here the dinner will be worth it!

Kein Kühlschrank. Das Hotel Is sehr weit von Zentrum. In der Nacht gehen die Busse jeder 1,5 Stunde. Der letzte um 1.15 Uhr.In diser Lage is gar nichst. Nicht mehr wieder. Der Preis für den Aufenthalt sehr teuer. Frühstück zum kachen. Zdenka

WE PAID 57€ TO GET TO THE HOTEL FROM THE AIRPORT
Far away from the city centre (you have to use metro and bus to get there), no public transport after 10 PM, no airport-pick up as it was stated on their site, no buffet breakfast - just continental one, staff do not speak English, broken lock on the room door!

hello we thank you for your comment we apologize for this dissatisfaction. however after informing me with the transport of Marseille that they informed me to have transport until midnight included. Concerning the locks of the rooms we apologize, indeed we changed owners and we are in the middle of renovation. Finally, for the shuttle to the airport as indicated on the site you must book it in advance by calling the hotel reception. the cigalon team thanks you

Hard to reach with any transportation means. You need to carry your bags and walk for 1.7km distance from the bus stop to this property.

hello we are sorry that your stay did not have you more however a bus stop is located fifty meters from our hotel which takes you directly to the subway of the whole city

Salle de bain à revoir, pas de sèche cheveux pommeau de douche cassé et carrelage de la douche qui se décroche...pas du tout d'insonorisation dans la chambre confort des aller et venu en pleine nuit bruyante. Déçue également du petit déjeuner qui annonçait un buffet sur hotel.com alors que plateau déjeuner avec petit café crème pas très chaud un bout de pain petit beurre confiture abricot , un jus d'orange et un pain au chocolat. Pour le prix de la chambre avec petit déjeuner j'ai connu mieux.

Simple but outdated accommodation, bed is comfortable, shower was simple, didn’t have a proper shower holder, no shower gels only 1 pre packed soap bar. AC was good, not in the best area, staff was friendly, parking was easy. You get what you pay for.

Hôtel les Cigalons
Dans l'ensemble c'est bien. Le personnel est très sympathique. Manque un petit frigo dans la chambre, avec la chaleur se serait bien de pouvoir garder les boissons au frais. Le parking pas très grand donc vite plein. Mais je suis contente de mon séjour à cet hôtel.

Un peu décevant.
Le store de la chambre était cassé, il y avait des touffes de cheveux par terre, pas de prise à coté du lavabo/miroir de la salle de bain. Lit confortable, petite chambre, suffisant pour 1 seule nuit. Douche et salle de bain à l'étroit.
