"The self check in, no staff on site experience, was challenging, especially downloading your passports via phone in a foreign country. It did work. There is a lot of construction near by. Our pick up van couldn't even get through the street and had to back up the entire street to get out. Lucky it was 4 AM. Parking really isn't even available. "Room was clean and bed comfy. Safe was not working, reported it and was told it would be repaired or replaced the next day but this was not the case. Bit disappointed that the pool bar and pool was closed but weather was poor so no mee to swim. Overall great experience and staff are very welcoming. "
