Great quility accomodation.easy communication.Recent floods had damaged breakfast room so we assumed there would be no breakfast.However,the staff brought us continental breakfast to our room each morning.a bit limited.......but considering how bad the area was hit ,we thought it was a good touch

Overall lovely but some maintenance issues

The location and view from the room were fantastic but there were a few issues which made our stay not the best. For example, there were USB plugs but only one of the plugs worked. The air conditioning was controlled centrally so we couldn’t use it, which I messaged about on WhatsApp’s numerous times but there isn’t anyone at reception so the cleaners (who were lovely) wasn’t able to help with this issue. The plug in the bathroom also didn’t work so we had to use the TV plug for the hairdryer. Plastic cups are provided for coffee which broke with hot water and wasn’t replaced. The coffee machine in the room was leaking.

I have emailed on many occasions reference we did not get a email 24hrs before check in leading us to try and ring people to gain door and room access codes, which cist money and was very inconvenient. The lift was out if order on many occasions, havi g 2 knee replacements this was a nightmare. Asked for some sort of compensation but nothing back from the owners.

O check in podia ter corrido bastante mal, já que não recebi mail com os códigos de acesso à porta nem ao quarto. O quarto inicialmente proposto tinha vista (apenas uma janela) para uma rua, logo, sem vista de mar. Os funcionários eram simpáticos. O apartamento estava limpo mas encontramos uma barata.
