"Nice atmosphere downstairs and up in the room. Tall ceilings excellent bedding, wonderful shower delicious treats. We ate dinner there and while the salad wasn’t very good. The pizza was delicious. In the morning we were in a hurry to go see the castle and they boxed up some pastries for the car and gave us drinks to go. Absolutely amazing service!! The parking lot in the back may have been one of my favorite features. It’s on a busy street with lots of competition to park there and pay, but have a special lot in back included with the room was perfect. It was a bonus to walk to and from the castle. We would definitely stay there again."

"Enjoyed our stay as it was conveniently situated. Some aspects of the hotel were tired and needed some attention such as the bathroom in the bedroom and the gym. Lighting was poor in the bedroom and the bed (2 x singles put together) was lopsided. Staff were friendly. The bar was quite cold so we took our drinks down to the reception area which had comfy chairs and was warmer. Needed to pay £10 a day parking as I’d booked through a third party rather than directly with the hotel. Overall however, none of these things would put me off staying here again."
