"Firstly the property was falsely advertised as being close to the Medina and minutes walk from all the attractions but it was in the middle of nowhere in a place called El Afak! It was also not a riad but a villa. I had booked something totally different. There were no amenities in this Villa and it had not been cleaned and the pool was there but disguising and looked like no one had attended to the property in years. "Superb place to stay and the staff, including Mery the governess couldn't have been helpful enough- amazing service! The villa itself is fantastic and great for families(we were 9 in total but the villa could have accommodated more) and between the excellent communication with the host and the service inside (including the superb food!) we were very happy. "The property manager and all the cooks did an amazing job at making us feel welcome.
