Riad O – An Unforgettable Experience! From the moment we arrived at Riad O, we felt warmly welcomed and right at home. As a picky clean-freak, I have to say his place was spotless and exceeded my highest standards! Manu greeted us with genuine hospitality, but a special shoutout to Abdoulah, who gave us amazing dinner recommendations. He’s not only professional and knowledgeable but also one of the kindest, most down-to-earth people you could meet. He truly made our stay extra special. The entire staff at Riad O is top-notch (all of them!) friendly, attentive, and caring. The location is perfect, with everything within easy walking distance. We loved the delicious breakfasts and dinner served at the riad. Plus, I indulged in a hammam and massage onsite that was pure bliss. Thank you! Thank you! I’d recommend Riad O to anyone visiting Marrakech especially if cleanliness and great service matter to you!

This is a terrific place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast on the upstairs patio was excellent with different options each morning. The location is good with easy access to markets and restaurants in each direction.

Our stay at this Riad was absolutely marvelous, one of the highlights of our trip to Marrakech! This boutique hotel was stunning, with a beautiful and cozy atmosphere that made our experience truly special. The service was exceptional, everyone we interacted with, from the owner to the staff and the masseuse, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Our room was not only cozy and beautifully designed but also filled with the amazing scent of orange blossom, which made the experience even more memorable. The breakfast was delicious, a perfect way to start the day. I would love to visit again, an unforgettable experience!

Moroccan magic, Riad O is a gem worth returning to

I stayed at the lovely Riad O for only one night, but I cannot wait to return. It happened to be New Year's Eve, and the end of a long journey through Morocco staying at everything from 5 star hotels to centuries old Riads along the way. With little expectation other than an excellent experience based on the numerous exceptional reviews for this wonderful family owned and operated Riad, I can honestly say that my stay here was beyond superb in every way. The hospitality was genuinely gracious, with everyone I encountered endeavoring to make our stay truly wonderful. The Riad is elegantly appointed, reflecting a perfect marriage of Moroccan design and heritage with elevated European influence. All of this would have been enough to make our stay memorable, but the New Year's Eve dinner, accompanied by brilliant local musicians and dancing, was truly a gift to every traveler fortunate enough to partake. The gifted chef, Zakia, who is part of the family (thankfully guaranteeing future gastronomic delights!) was trained by the Michelin-annointed genii of Noma, and mark my words, she will one day have a star of her own! Do not miss the gem, tucked away in the maze of the Medina.

Extraordinary and sophisticated place close to the Bab Doukala mosque and neighborhood. We were driving and it was very easy to leave the car in a public parking a short 10 minutes walk from the property. The owner and staff was very attentive and preoccupied for the details; the in-house dining was superb. Fully recommended

Great Riad - relaxing & peaceful

We loved our stay at this Riad! It's in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk from getting into the heart of the souks, and with nearby restaurants and shops. Although close to a busy street, when you're in the Riad, you cannot hear a thing outside...it's super peaceful - a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day walking around the Medina! Breakfast was also one of our highlights. Set on the rooftop, you get a fresh juice, plate of fruit, pastries, eggs and some sort of treat each day - it's so fresh and super delicious! All the staff are warm and welcoming and are always on hand to help. Our only problem was right at the beginning trying to find the Riad - it doesn't show up on Google maps and the hotels.com map was very confusing. The taxis can't take you to the door so they drop you off on the outskirts and you walk through with your case. We ended up getting a bit lost so had to ask a local for help - worth asking for the exact pin / coordinates prior to the stay so you don't get lost trying to find it! 😅

Overall this was a lovely spot, impeccably clean, amazing staff, delicious food. There were some challenges for us that someone who is used to the Medina and Riads wouldn’t notice like cabs and excursion vans can only get as close as a five minute walk to this Riad so large luggage is a challenge. The Riad is very quiet with no sound protection and in turn I felt we had very little privacy in our room. It does feel more like a bed-and-breakfast than a hotel. I was disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed because it was listed in the ad and disappointed that we were not able to buy snacks at any time (and that when we ordered food the delivery driver couldn’t find the Riad).

A peaceful haven in the buzz of the medina

Most amazing place. One of the best in terms of service, quality and luxury we’ve stayed in. Perfect location for the souks, the square and more. Every important site within 20 minutes walk. Staff were incredible. We arrived late after a significantly delayed flight and were whisked straight to a dinner on the terrace within moments of arrival. Given a lovely talk through the best things to see and how to get there and a cool bottle of rose. A special shoutout to the night manager who was always there when you needed something. The whole team absolutely made our trip.

Beautiful retreat in a busy city

Amazing staff, so attentive & helpful! The riad is gorgeous and there are plenty of spots to relax. Great location, easy to walk to the main square and lots of restaurants. For a quiet escape in a bustling city, highly recommend. Plus the food is amazing, don’t skip breakfast!

Where to start... we had the most wonderful stay at Riad O! From arranging our stress free transfer before we arrived, to the incredible in house hammam and massage, delicious daily breakfast and the excellent dinner we had one evening, the location and fantastic staff, our stay was just perfect. We felt so well looked after during our stay, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, we were served tea and biscuits on arrival and given great reccomendations for things to do and see in the area. We found the Riad and rooms to be really beautifully decorated as well as having everything we needed for our stay. The roof terraces were lovely, especially at sunset. And the two small pools are perfect for cooling off after a long day. The Riad also serves alcohol for those who like a drink. This place really is a quiet and peaceful oasis moments from the hustle and bustle of the Medina.

This family owned riad was much more than we expected. From the first minute we arived to the final day. The booking came with breakfast which was excellent every time. The hospitality from owners and staff was great it is the perfect place in the heart of marrakech. Thank you.😍

Fantastic quiet location, with a very relaxing vibe. Our room was really nice, super clean. The breakfast was lovely on the roof deck. The staff were made the stay even better. They were so accommodating, friendly and efficient. I thought I had left a ring in the room, I called them and when I got back they had literally taken the whole room apart to look for it. I highly recommend!

Our stay at Riad O was perfection. For starters, we wanted to stay in The Medina but not in the square, we wanted to stay in a more peaceful area with easy access to the square and that is exactly what we got. Excellent location for walking the Medina and a very charming neighborhood. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and provided excellent hospitality. The Riad is clean, beautiful, and a dream place to return to after exploring. Extremely relaxing and pleasant. I recommend catching a sunset on the upper deck. Thank you Riad O! We will refer friends and family in the future.

Excellent

Le séjour a été juste génial. Un accueil chaleureux, on vient nous chercher au taxi, on nous accueille avec le thé tout en nous expliquant avec une carte tout ce que l’on peut faire. Ensuite une visite guidée du Riad et enfin la découverte de la chambre qui est juste magnifique. Le lit est très confortable, la salle de bain très belle. Nous avons pris un repas le soir qui était très bon, très bien cuisiné. Le petit dej est égale et très bon, varié et équilibré. Le personnel est au top, toujours au petit soin, souriant et d’une gentillesse. Pour résumer je recommande ce Riad pour son emplacement (très calme), la gentillesse du personnel, le Riad en lui même qui est très beau et cosy, la terrasse avec une vue panoramique et la nourriture qui est délicieuse.
