The pictures don’t do justice. It’s not at all like the picture. The bedsheets had wholes in it. The washroom smelled. I have a whole list of things. Save your money and don’t book here

Hotel was good, it was in a good location, had many things close by, staff then are magnificent, very attentive and friendly, simply the breakfast was very poor

Great birthday present
Took my mum for her birthday. Really great hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Staff able to point out tourist points of interest which really made our holiday. Also gave advice on taxi prices and local cost of thing to stop us getting ripped off. Every one has said about the breakfast however for me it was ok for me , I'm not a big morning eater therefore it provided me with enough energy to get through a morning of sight seeing, however I can see how the limited option can become monotonous.

Moroccan Style Riad Hotel
We went there for our Honeymoon and we enjoyed our stay there. The Hotel style was beautiful and the staff were helpful and friendly. The pool was a relief from the heat although it was cold, however the outside temperature was up to 42℃ and cooled you down nicely. The breakfast could be alot better. The food was good but had poor choice and ran out of a few things. Due to this I can't give this an excellent which it really deserves. Samir the receptionist was very friendly and helpful with anything that needed tweaking and when ordering drinks etc. He also offered advice on proper prices of items as it is easy to overpay for items in the souks. Mohammed was also very nice and it appears he is the general guy that pretty much does everything behind the scenes. I would recommend this hotel although tea's and coffee facility in bedrooms would be a nice touch. The safes are good but need to have battery changes more often. We never been to Morocco before and got nothing to compare it to other hotels, although we would stay there again. The Hotel was opposite a bank and had decent restaurants around. The No 1 bus stop was very close and it's a good way of going to into Medina. We wanted to stay longer and please be aware of a government tax of 25 Mad per person per night you stay. This is not the for the Hotel.

This was a last minute booking (our original was full!) The stff were excellent, rooms comfortable, breakfast plentiful and greaty value too! Its a little out of town but a cab is cheap as chips so no worries there.

Ideal location
The Riad is in an ideal location for visiting the top sights in Marrakech, we mainly used the No. 1 bus to go into the central Medina and square-easy and cheap. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite small but suffice, ours also had a small balcony with table and chairs. There are no coffee making facilities in the room or hairdryer. Air conditioning worked very well. The Riad is traditional in decoration, beautiful tiles. There are restaurants, bakery, pharmacy and small shops within a couple of minutes walk from the Riad.

Best hotel yet
It was a beautiful hotel with very warming staff. Very clean. And for me that's number 1 on my list. I was shocked considering it was one of the cheapest I've been too. The only one thing that drops the score from 10/10 to 9/10 is my shower drain was blocked, but hey it's Africa. No big problem not my drain. I have been to other big name hotels in Marrakech and they don't come close in hygiene. Special thanks to simo who works there. He was very very helpful. I shall only be staying at this hotel from now. So I will see you soon

Bathroom was leaking. Couldn't sleep due to mosquitos. Overall, the price was interesting compared to other hotels. Can go back again.

Friendly staff
Excellent staff who are very friendly and approachable. The hotel is slightly away from the main attractions about 10-15mins from the medina but the location is as a result quieter. Patisserie amoud near by by is very good.

Tout dans cet hôtel est vétuste et en mauvais etat. Le petit déjeuner est moyen. La piscine est en fait un bassin qui ne fait vraiment pas envie de s'y baigner. Seul le personnel est souriant et essaie de faire pour le mieux. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Nous conseillons vivement d'éviter.

La chasse d'eau ne marche pas, gênant quand on vient d'utiliser les toilettes. On nous a donné une autre chambre, mais les draps et couvertures n'était pas propres, tâches sur les draps et cheveux sur les couvertures. En dehors de cela, cela reste un prix correct.

This hotel is quiet and rooms are ok. But for business people, you jeed better wifi, a better chair in the room and power for your laptop. This hotel is easy to reach from Casablanca, on your way to airport. But not recommended for more days stay: Marrakech has much better options.

Ni un riad ni un hôtel. La douche est exécrable manque une porte sur la cabine. Douche bouchée +++et qui fuit conséquence SDB inondée. Les serviettes de toilette sont tachées semblent ne pas être lavées sans compter que le linge de toilette est dépareillé. Personnel informé quelqu'un est intervenu sans aucune amélioration. Lors du petit déjeuners les tasses sont ébréchées et dépareillées. Ayant mangé une fois à l'hôtel et payé directement après le repas, ils me réclament un repas que j'ai déjà réglé (voyage à 2 personnes) me disent que je n'ai réglé qu'un repas et que le reste a été mis sur la note de la chambre alors que j'ai donné plus que la somme convenu. Je suis écoeurée de ce comportement. A éviter voir a fuir!

El riad es muy bonito pero le falta mucho mantenimiento, faltan detalles a arreglar, muebles astillafos, abridores de armario rotos, water que al sentarte se mueve, espejo descolgado etc. El personal amable sobretodo la chica que habla español. Comentar que ella nos dio un precio para ir hacia el aeropuerto y el ptro conpañero quiso sacarse mas dinerete y nos dijo el doble, evidentemente vimos que queria ganarselo el y no contratamos nada alli todo fuera en segundos te para un taxi y negocias. La piscina muy pequeña pero bonita. El desayuno lo peor de todo, frio y pasado! Muy escaso, yo me lleve mi ms cosas para poder desayunar, con lo buenos que son los panes de alli, aqui estavan pasados y las pastas duras. No recomiendo para nada contratar desayuno, por 2’50€ fuera del riad te pones las botas, pero las botas y recien hecho!

Hotel war in Ordnung, Personal freundlich. Entkalken und etwas besser die Schränke putzen dan wäre es toll. Frühstück wie in den Kommentaren gelesen, war wirklich sehr sehr schlecht. Besteck, Teller, Gläser schmutzig. Die Butter war hinüber. Es gibt aber eine super Bäckerei nebenan.
