Riad Jona is a little gem tucked slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Jema El Fenaa but close enough to walk there and back within less than 10 mins. The property is beautifully decorated and very clean. It has a little pool, a hot tub and a roof top and three floors with its unique decor to enjoy time at this Riad. It’s well maintained and a very clean place. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were always at hand. Hassan, Abdul and Aziz are all assets to this Riad. They were so welcoming and nothing was ever too much for them. I would not hesitate to stay there again as it’s a very central place and staff are brilliant.

Lovely Riad in the centre, staff team could not be more helpful (booking activities, local restaurants) and friendly. All requests met with a smile and polite action. A great place to stay.

All staff were very helpful and Mohammed went above and beyond. I needed ibuprofen and as it was a Sunday all pharmacies were closed he knew one that was open and took his scooter and got us some. It’s very peaceful and quiet has a small but usually empty pool easy to get a sunbed. Convenient as walkable to main square no need for taxis to shops souks etc. Would definitely stay here again and can’t recommend it enough. My third visit and have stayed in Hivernage which it further out but Jona is perfect location.

The way to get there is a little hard but staff was willing and very helpful for us to leave Our car safe.. the rooms are amazing and all staff. Go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant..the rooms Are beautiful… highly recommend

As a solo traveler, I enjoyed my stay at Riad Jona due to several things; the respectful and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, and the great location of this place. The Riad Jonas is a beautiful Riad in the centre of the Medina - very good location. The staff were amazing, they helped us out at 3am in the morning when we had a flight problem, breakfast service was excellent (fruit/yoghurt/breads and cake) and the cleanliness was great. They also gave us a map and highlights to help us get orientated. We didn't use the spa so can't comment but the outside area looks very nice. Thanks again to the staff.

Riad Jona is situated in the perfect area in Marrakech and is just walking distance from many of the important sights. The staff are friendly and very committed to make your stay as great as possible. The restaurant has amazing food. Riad Jona is the ideal place to stay if you plan to visit Marrakech.

Food and service were amazing! My room was also really cute and the decor of the building is beautiful. The jacuzzi’s water was a little dark so we didn’t go in but otherwise everything was good! You can only walk to the property so be ready. The walk is like 5 min from the place the car leaves you. It looks ugly on the outside but you go in and it’s a safe heaven.

Riad Jona was beautiful and my fiancé and I absolutely loved our stay there. The staff are very friendly and very attentive. The pool and hot tub are great for relaxing after a long day and the hammam massage we booked was life changing. We also had dinner at the hotel our last night and the food was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Marrakech!

Comfortable hotel with courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast is good. The pictures on the hotel.com website can however be misleading as this property is not half as glamorous as shown. Moreover this Riad is deep inside the Souk and one has to walk about 10 minutes to reach it through the crowded market and narrow lanes.

It was ok, I will say they tried. Very noisy outside my room. No TV. When I took a shower the water was, and I’m not exaggerating, scalding hot. I had a hard time turning the water off because the valve was so hot. When I told them about it they laughed and thought it was funny. Bed wasn’t very comfortable just Ok. I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t stay there again. There are many more options as far Riads go.

Had to back-to-back reservations for ground-floor. While on a tour, they moved our bags to another room and didn’t communicate this to us. It was definitely awkward opening an unlocked door to new guests in our old room. 6 euros for soft drinks, which is also insane. Wouldn’t come back here.
