We had a lovely stay here! Thank you to all the staff at DellaRosa who contributed to us having an amazing time in Marrakech. In particular, Baashir was a friendly face that welcomed us into the hotel, Mohammed helped us throughout the day and Karim made our poolside experiences enjoyable with excellent service! I’d definitely stay here again.

Property is in a perfect location! That hotel manager Kamel was very helpful and always happy to see us and always liked to have a chat with us to make sure we were all happy! All staff were very helpful especially the morning concierge… brilliant!!

Close to everywhere

First time in Marakesh and the people are so polite and helpful. We had a taxi for the whole hols and he took us everywhere, places we would not have been. Their pace is relaxed and chilled, exactly what we needed.

Waken up at 11.30pm on second night, by member of staff to get iron back, after attempting calls to check if I was in, no talk .. “Lost”within the room two pieces jewellery left first in my toiletry bag, then on last day at the bottom of my suitcase.. One pair of small earrings pearls and gold, one lapis lazuli and gold necklace.

Took our money for the booking, my elderly and vulnerable parents had their flight changed (through no fault of their own) and arrived late. The hotel decided to charge us the full week stay and cancel the booking. The man at reception was rude, helpful and enjoyed gloating that we had lost our money. The hotel then removed my parents from the property and left them on the street - tired, alone and exhausted. Disgusting behaviour. Avoid this fraud of a hotel at all costs. Should be closed down.

My initial room (28) had an efficient AC, but was dusty and had faulty sockets. The bathroom was old and unmaintained. Appallingly, there were a lot of toilet flies, and the room to my right was being renovated, so there was constant hammering, drilling .. I was then moved to Room 411, which was spacious, had a lounge and was nice. However, the AC in that room/lounge was ineffective/hot air blowing, and the bathroom had black mould on the ceiling!! Also my room was entered into when I was away (regardless of the Do Not Disturb signage on my door - which didn’t sit well with me). 2 staff members: Kamal and Rabie helped me out, and made the stay a tad better.

Muy bien. . Hubo un pequeño mal entendido a la llegada, ya que la habitación no se encontraba preparada como se solicitó a la hora de hacer la reserva. La Directora del Hotel habló conmigo al día siguiente para aclarar el contratiempo. Personal de Recepción muy atento. El Hotel está a 15 minutos caminando de La Medina y a 10 minutos del Menara Mall

Hotel in Ordnung

Location war perfekt, Hotel insgesamt in Ordnung, 4* das bei uns einem guten 3* entspricht (wie üblich). Zimmer etwas klein. Das Frühstück ist limitiert, nicht wirklich gut, und der O'saft hässlich...mit Wasser gestreckt (Frühstück in Marocco im Hotel wohl generell etwas so). Bei dem Preis Hotel absolut in Ordnung.

Une fois mais pas deux

+ : service au top, personnel très agréable et souriant - : piscine glacée (personne se baigne tellement elle est froide) Beaucoup trop bruyant la nuit entre le personnel qui parlent fort dans les couloirs, les portes qui claquent et les gros ventilateurs à côté de la fenêtre de la chambre Le service spa et bien être : trop cher pour le Maroc, leurs épilations NUL et massage pas terrible Le repas au restaurant le soir est un menu unique, ce n’est pas à la carte et encore une fois beaucoup trop cher pour le Maroc

Exceptional, outstanding, very warm and beautiful

This our first visit to Marrakech. The hotel and staff were really helpful and pleasant and friendly. Room was upgraded by the staff which we were really grateful for. Cleanliness was exceptional. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast as there was a good variety of options. El Hassan and the lady at the desk were amazing people and very hospitable. We did not think we could befriend them but we did and got on very well with them. They gave us respect and guided us throughout our stay. We can not fault the hotel in anyway and will return again in future. Thankyou for your warm welcome.
