Terrible location, overall 6/10 don't recommend

Terrible location, nice and modern hotel, poor service, the swimming pool ice cold, best breakfast we had, very relaxing. Location way too far away from Marrakech and almost impossible to get to and from Marrakech if you don't use their free shuttle service that runs twice per day. The value is ok and it wasn't a BAD experience but I wouldn't stay there again. Overall 6/10

Bel hôtel mais service désastreux

Très bel hôtel mais très déçu du petit déjeuner (jus d'orange coupé à l'eau) service trop trop long nous étions seuls dans l'hôtel la qualité des repas trop médiocre pour un 5 etoiles (nous avons trouvé à 2 reprises des poils sur les viennoiseries!!!)

Cette résidence hôtelière très récente a le mérite d'être éloignée de Marrakech, ce qui suppose d'ailleurs d'avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer. Le nouveau responsable est très attentif aux souhaits de ses hôtes; nous avons choisi une chambre donnant sur l'Atlas et la Palmeraie: paysage magnifique et reposant. A l'équipe de l'hôtel de veiller à l'entretien soigneux de ce bel ensemble dont les matériaux de qualité risqueraient sinon de se détériorer: tadelakt des murs, entourage de la jolie piscine etc... Een top hotel oase van rust

Een top hotel, echter de 20 minuten afstand van de stad vandaan kan soms tegenzitten in je planning. Het hotel was echt top (kamer, netheid, roomservice). Wat ook heel fijn was het niet direct te hoeven uitchecken. We konden nog van het weer genieten en pas rond 4 uur uitchecken i.p.v 12 uur! Een echte aanrader!
