"The room was not as pictured. There were a lot of stairs. Not a problem for us, but for others it might be. Hot tub was down. This was a very quiet place. There was an outside fire pit, that we enjoyed."

"The associate working on check in, Lucy, was not hospitable at all. I felt like we were bothering her with just checking in. Also later in the day the parking lot was completely full. I had to ask her where we could park and again she was very rude with her answer."
