Fairly average (comfortable but not special) hotel with a great view located in the middle of all the action on the beach and walkway. Tons of shopping and dining options nearby. Please note this (or any other nearby hotel) is not the place to stay for a quiet vacation as it is in a huge party area with live music until midnight every night (good bands when we were there though and a nice atmosphere) and then plenty of noise until at least 2 am. Also very important to know (despite claims otherwise) there is NO PARKING associated with this hotel and almost no nearby places to park (even if you get very lucky). So if you have your own transport you will want to go somewhere else much further away from this area (virtually no hotels here have parking and I'm Turkey in general).

A fantastic gem of a hotel
Just returned from The Yunus Hotel & have to say what an amazing hotel. Proper alcohol used, not fake stuff, the best cocktails in Marmaris & the food is excellent. The staff are exceptional, we reported a broken hairdryer late in the evening & by midday a new one was in place. Breakfast is very samey but fresh & an ok choice. Really central for everything, great beach & really comfortable sun beds & THE BEST SLUSH!

A well located, comfortable property on the waterfront. Staff were friendly, and the food available on site very good - including the traditional Turkish breakfast. It was not a problem to me, but visitors should be aware that live bands play at the hotel regulalry until about Midnight - and this noise impacts the bedrooms.

Great location but loud music til midnight, but they do warn you on their website. Breakfast was ok - something warm served like omelet would be a nice touch.

First of all i do not review the room which i booked initially. First impression it was realy bad, i book initially a double room with sea view but the room it was very very small for us and with dental marks. I was on reception to ask if they have another room to can upgrade and it was the best decision what i make. The upgrade room was fantastic, was a top floor room with amazing view, very clean, modern, huge size, huge shower room, what i was very impressed was the separate room with toilet and sink. Room was so nice and make us to decide to extend our stay with 4 more days. Really nice lady on the reception. Beach is 2 m close to the hotel. Breakfast its very nice but the restaurant i find it a little bit dirty (also in the evening also in the morning) and all table very vey sticky and drink & food over priced I will recomandate for dining in Marmaris Yeshill Restaurant, probably the only restaurant with Turkish Food in the area with large portion good quality and good price ( 6 7 minutes from hotel on the beach ).

The air conditioner smelled awful and triggered my allergies. And the noise in the street is horrible in the evening, because there are so many other hotels nearby that play music extremely loudly. Other than that, the rooms are great, the staff are lovely and the food is great at the restaurant. The breakfast could be improved, it was a bit bland.

Had a few complaints at first with logging in on wi fi ( given wrong code ) Trouble with the room phone Kaput ( the guy came straight away , could not fix it . He said he would inform ‘Teknik central ‘ to come next day : the same guy came ... and fixed it )

I liked the closeness to the beach, and closeness to the center. Having their own clean interesting restaurant. Great to have drinks delivered to their own private beach and sunbeds.

This hotel was lovely with a great group of staff making us feel very welcome during our stay. The hotel is in a great location with great access to local restraunts and bars, with a 15 minute walk to the grand bazaar market. The hotel has a section of private beach where you are well attended all day, with similar service at the small pool. A breakfast buffet is served every morning with a nice selection of turkish items such as meats and cheeses. Our only negative here being the broken juice machine, and items such as natural yogurt being left out unrefrigerated all morning. The room was spacious with a nice balcony area and a double bed, with a mini-bar, plenty charging points and a large bathroom. The bed was not overly comfortable however, and despite booking a sea view room we received a room on the side of the hotel not directly viewing the sea. Wi-fi is available in the room and common areas in the hotel, despite not being overly speedy it did the job. The restaurant was very good quality in the hotel with a great selection of food, with great live music entertainment nearly every night.

The hotel itsef was great, the service in the evening at the restuarat was very poor the waiters were very good, but ordering the food and the Organisation was very poor,having to wait for someone to take our order and getting our food, was very slow,even with a few in the Restaurant it is the 4th time i ha ve stayed at the Yuus and the Service as gone downhill i mzy stzy there sgain but will est out of the Restuarznt

The hotel is in a fantastic position with fantastic views. Our only complaint was with the entertainment. There was an excellent group but very loud. We were on the 4th floor but found it impossible to converse on our balcony whilst they were playing. I thought they were paid to entertain the hotel customers not half of Marmaris. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay there

The staff were brilliant and did everything they could to help. From the cook making breakfast, through the cleaner to the head waiter and the receptionist to the manager,, everyone worked to make our stay memorable.

We stayed six nights after a catamaran trip in Fethiye. We just relaxed on the beach most days. The restaurant and beach service is separate business from the hotel although they combine. Pictures on the website exactly true. Lots of entertainment on the beachfront

Dear Guest , We have live music which is end on midnight and you can see it in hotel informations. Our internet access is very speed normally but i think it was a general technical issue that we have faced sorry for your bad experience. Hope to see you on future to change your opinion.

I had tried to contact the hotel prior to my arrival via the 'www.yunushotel.com.tr' email address quoted on the hotel website but this was returned so I emailed the 'info@otelyunus.com' email address but got no response. Ended up having to phone at cost. The requests that I had made were clearly not considered when allocating the room. The room was a little disappointing, much smaller than shown on Expedia website and was a bit tatty looking. Wallpaper peeling, cup marks on furniture, drawers contained crumbs and hair, half-used toiletries in bathroom, the glass shower screen was loose and the sink tap spun around as you turned it on. A clear lack of maintenance. Staff were ok but not overly talkative or overly friendly, apart from the lovely cleaning lady. Having said all of that, I enjoyed my holiday, the hotel location was great, the breakfast selection and restaurant meals were good and the view from the room was wonderful to wake up to.
