Finding the place was difficult. I used Google Maps and also looked for hotel signs but ended up getting lost. The hotel provides no useful information on how the locate the place. When I finally arrived, the room was not as advertised. The listing on Expedia indicated the room had a “partial sea view”. The only view was a rock wall. The staff member claimed that this was due to a “bug” on Expedia. This was obviously untrue since hotels are responsible for the information on their own Expedia pages. After a while he changed his mind and said that I was right and moved me to a different room. Strangely, it was identical to the first room (no sea view)! The internet was terrible. I travel a lot and haven’t had such bad internet in a hotel in many years. VERY slow and kept disconnecting. The next day the internet went down completely for a few hours. Their restaurant also had no internet. In the evening there was loud music from nearby clubs but it stopped early. I suspect on weekends it may continue late into the night There were a few insects in the room and more in the corridor outside. I hesitate to mention this because I imagine that the hotel will simply spray toxic chemicals rather than seek a healthier solution. The lights did not function correctly.T his should be repaired since it may be a fire hazard. On the plus side, the view from the terrace is beautiful & the room is attractive. The shower was good.

Very poor breakfast, the same items every day with no variation, even orange juice was chargeable, the air-conditioning in the room was poor and small bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were only available once i.e. on the first day as per our conversation with staff who stated that it was hotel policy. The balcony referred to in the room description is shared and not off the room as insinuated. It was clean and had a nice view in a nice location but we wouldnt return.

Thank you for your review Sir. We have traditional fixed Turkısh breakfast, we wish you would inform us about this during your staying in our hotel. We would prepare you to whatever you want. We are sorry about that but we wish you would said this to us so we could say this to our stuff. The balcony isn't referred in your reservation as you booked seaview room. Your thoughts are valuable for us, we will take care of your thoughts and do what is necessary.

Cute little hotel in the heart of Marmaris right by the bars street. Our room had a little balcony with excellent views of the harbor. Breakfast is great and included. You will have to navigate narrow streets to get there but that’s just how these buildings are set up. Warning: due to the proximity of bar street, you will be able to hear the loud music from the clubs late into the night. This wasn’t a problem for us since its proximity to the clubs is the reason we stayed here and it would be unfair to deduct any points for it. Just a warning in case you’re looking for somewhere quite. Overall great place and highly recommended. It’s close to bars and easy to find your way back after few drinks 😁

The hotel is located in the best spot to enjoy fantastic ocean view. I enjoyed quiet and beautiful balcony from day to night. The staffs are friendly and flexible to meet my requests. The restaurants and shops are within a few minutes walking. I extended my stay as I like here. Thanks for excellent experience !

The room we were put wasn't big enough to 'swing a cat' and the bathroom was even smaller. The only way for my girlfriend to get into the bed was to climb over me. The reception offerred a takeout breakfast because we were leaving early to carch a ferry. Well the offer was appreciated, however, it the portion extremely mean, and probably enough for a bird. When approaching the hotel also because of a double booking, which i never tookup due to confusion the Met Boutique hotel weren't interested in any compensation to me. The Mets Boutique hotel in my opinion is not at all customer oriented and their business ethics is greed. Really don't recommend.

Dear , richard. in the web side it is written about room' facilities how big it is and it has photos. It is small room because of this it has the lowest price in our hotel. brakfast starts after 8 o'clock. they left before 8. and we offered them give them small boxes for the road like take a wait. it is imposibble to give breakfast like we give at the restaruant to the people. he did double booking. at first booking we blocked his room and kept them room till next day empty for them. next day when they arrived he told us that he mixed something on the webside and did double booking. at that time noone contacted with us about reservation and we closed to sell this room which it was kept by us for them. according to cancelletion policy it was charged. we all the time help our guest. and many times we were called by the expedia and changed many reservation dates or cancelled reservation without charcing any money due to the cancellation policy. best regards

Not What Was Expected.
The location was good, however the service was really bad. There was a system glitch with the online booking and inspite of this the Mets Boutique hotel proceeded to charge me for 2 nights, when i only actually stayed for 1 night. I went to Rhodes and asked the Mets Boutique hotel to compensate me for a night on my return, which they declined. I find this sort of behavior unethical and not customer oriented. The size of the room wasn't big enough to "swing a cat", and in fact one could only get into the bed by climbing over my girlfriend. The breakfast packed to take with us on the ferry to Rhodes was extremely mean, even though the gesture was appreciated. Real disappointment and in my opinion overrated.

Mr. richard booked 2 times budget room which is the smallest room and lowest price. this room has photos and specialty in the web side where he booked. booking date first reservation was 12th sept. second one 13 th sept. . first day we kept this room for them all day but they didnt came. they arrived 13 th sept. when we met them and helped with luggage to the hotel he told us that in system he did wrong mixe something. according to the cancelletion policy it was non-refundable reservation.after check-in time one day later by the agent we were asked to refund but we didnt accept. bs all day we kept this room and didnt open for sale. he is complaning about room but when he booked room it is written how much m2 and there are photos. he booked that room by purpose. we were asked about breakfast but they left before breakfast time and they were given lunch boxes for the road which we dont have to do. best regards

Really cute hotel with super friendly staff. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but super central to everything. Great breakfast on the terrace. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing terrace view, clean rooms, employees are friendly and polite. In addition to that, there is a park near the hotel and the hotel is walking distance to everywhere.

Excellent hotel to be at in Marmaris
what an amazing find in Marmaris. this boutique was excellent. right in the heart of the marmaris harbour. The personal service that was supplied was outstanding, espicially by Achmet, such an interesting and knowledgeable person to be with. Stayed an extra day as was so impressed with this hotel and oeople who ran it.

What a location!
I stayed for five days. The location in the old town is perfect, and the view over the bay is stunning. It spoilt it for me when their website phone numbers were wrong, and they only answered my emailed request for an airport transfer at 7pm when I was in a taxi on my way to the hotel. The bathroom sink is loose, and the TV channels are not numbered in the TV menu. Finally, other than that, the room/hotel is great, as is the staff. So happy, kind and respectful.

Deur guest first of all we thank you for your commente the difficulty of arrive to the hotel due to to the nature of the localisation in the old kastel of the city however you could have contacted the hotel to send somme one to help you so about the reseption your arrival time was at the time of shift change between the receptionists so the person the do your check in not the resepstionist .

Otelin konumu merkezi fakat uçakla geldiyseniz Havaş sonrası otele ulaşım epey yorucu Havaş’tan sonra tekrar taksi ya da minibüse binmek gerekiyor. Sonrasında ise otel ulşmak için valizler ile epeyce yürümeniz hatta yokuş çıkmamız lazım. Çünkü araba yolu yok. Otelin restorandı çok vasat ve hazırlıksızdı. Menüleri geçen senenin menüsüydü ve temmuz olmasına rağmen hala yenilenmemişti. Ne sorsak fiyatı farklı ya da o mevcut değil diye cevap aldık en son patates kızartması yedik ne kadar körü olabilir dedik ama o da çok kötüydü. Kahvaltıları doyurucu klasik yumurta peynir zeytin bal vs fakat kahvaltı da hemen arkamızdaki masaya mutfak çalışanları oturup kendileri kahvaltı yapmaya başladılar be kahvaltıları boyunca otel işletmecisiniz ne kadar deneyimsiz hazırlıksız ve yetersiz olduğu konusunda aralıksız dedikodu yaptılar. Abartısız yarım saat yüksek sesle bunu dinlemek zorunda kaldık. Son konaklama günümüzde feribot saati gereği kahvaltıyı yarım saat erken akabilir miyiz diye bir gün önce sorduk resepsiyonda tabi biz konuşuruz dediler. Sabah yukarı çıktık arkadaşlar bu saate gelmiyor ekmekte pişmez zaten kahvaltı yapamayacaksınız diye saçma bir cevap aldık. Kaldığımız oda ekonomi odası diye geçiyordu fakat hayatımda gördüğüm en küçük odaydı sadece yatak vardı ve iki adım atacak yer. Valizleri koyunca adım atacak yerde kalmadı. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü fakat deneyimsizdi. Otel temizdi. Manzarası güzeldi. tekrar tercih etmem.

Zimmer bestens eingerichtet, allerdings recht klein. Einzige Kritik: Im Fußboden des Bades ist ein Ablauf vorgesehen für den Fall, wenn z. B. die Dusche überläuft. Die Geruchsisolation aus dem Abwasserkanal ist nicht optimal und variiert von Tag zu Tag. - Frühstück auf Dachterrasse ist wunderbar.

Kale İçinde Güzel Bir Otel
Otelin konumu gerek manzarası gerek Marmaris'deki restaurant ve barlara yakınlığıyla gayet güzel. Otopark biraz sıkıntı arabayı günlük 50TL ye 5 dakika mesafede otoparka bırakmamız gerekti. Odamız temiz ve konforluydu lakin küçüktü ve penceremiz apartman boşluğuna bakıyordu. Çalışanlar müşterilere karşı sıcak kanlıydı fakat kendi aralarında sürekli tartışıyorlardı. Otel küçük bir binadan bozma olduğu için kahvaltı hazırlarken veya katlar arası biribirleriyle tartışırken çıkardıkları seslere gerek uyurken gerek sabah kahvaltı yaparken maruz kaldık.

Öncelikle eksiler; otele araçla ulaşmak mümkün değil, o yüzden yanınıza alacağınız eşya miktarına dikkat etmek lazım. Bize verilen oda aşırı küçüktü, bir çift kişilik yatak + 1m2 kadar bir alan. Ancak bir gece kalacağımız için sıkıntı olmadı. Şimdi artılar; çalışanlar oldukça güleryüzlü ve yardımcı. Otel bayram zamanında gitmemize ve merkezde olmasına rağmen oldukça sessiz. Odalar inanılmaz temiz, temizliği yapan ablanın tekrar ellerine sağlık. Covid önlemleri de olabildiğince alınmış durumda. Kahvaltısı güzel, manzarası mükemmel. Yine gitsem, yine orada kalırım.

Otelin konumu, manzarası harika. Odalar yenilenmiş, eşyalar pırıl pırıl. Kahvaltısı serpme kahvaltı şeklinde servis edilmekte olup tatmin edici idi. Ekonomik oda seçiminde bulunmuştuk, ancak odanın aşırı küçük olması sebebiyle değişiklikte bulunduk (farkını ödeyerek). Otel ile ilgili söyleyebileceğim tek sıkıntı bu oldu. Tercih ederken oda boyutlarına dikkat etmenizi öneririm.

Mükemmel konumda çok başaralı bir houskeepinge, çok güleryüzlü çalışanlara sahip düzgün bir işletme. Bütün ihtiyaçlara en ince ayrıntısına kadar dikkat edilmiş. Son derece temiz ve düzenli bir yer.Son zamanlarda çoğu işletmenin yaptığı gibi sadece misafirin parasını alıp gönderme gibi bir durum yok. Çok içten, ve samimi bir personel var. Marmaris’e gittiğimde nerede kalacağım diye düşünmeden yine bu işletmeye gideceğim.

anzara güzel ama oda ayakkabı kutusu gibi
Otele arabadan indikten sonra parkeli ara yollar ve merdivenlerle ulaşılabilir konumda ve bu durum otelin bilgilerinde belirtilmemiş. Benim gibi diz problemi yaşayanlar için uygun değil, özellikle alışveriş sonrası eşya ile otele ulaşım biraz yorucu oluyor. Bana verilen oda son derece küçüktü, bavulu yerde açınca odada adım atacak yer kalmıyor, banyonun kapısını açınca içeriye zor giriliyordu. Genel olarak temiz ancak odadaki detaylar pek temizlenmemiş, örneğin pencerede perde görevi yapan korniji açıp kapatamadım, çünkü her seferinde toz yağıyordu. Bununla birlikte otelde çalışanlar son derece yardımsever ve ilgili, ayrıca en üst kattaki lokanta bölümünde manzara çok güzel. Yine de kaldığım odanın ödediğim ücrete değmediğini düşünüyorum

Dolandırıcılık !!!
Konaklayamadık zira otelin işletmecisi Hotels.com dan yaptığımız rezervasyon yerine bize ABD menşeili bir siteden tutmadığımız ve sığmayacağımız bir yatak satmaya kalktı hatta kalmasanızda parayı alırım dedi... tam bir dolandırıcılık örneği. Onlar yüzünden Kaş’tan Marmarise telefonla görüşüp rezervasyonu teyit etmenin rahatlığıyla gece vakti gelmiştik ve o saatte başka otel aradık ve sefil olduk. Taa Hisarönü’nde otel bulup oraya gittik kalmak için. Ben bu konuyu CİMER, TUrizm bakanlığı dahil her merciye taşıyacağım. Lütfen sizde ilgilenin. Zira sizin de güvenilirliğinizi tartışmaya açan bir durum !!!
