Arrived at 4.30 am with a 7 year old? Was told they have no rooms and to wait for the manager to arrive after 10am, Even though id booked , paid, got confirmation and emailed the hotel earlier to inform them of arrival time with a reply saying 'dont worry'. The chap behind the counter to be fair did allow the expedia advisor to call his mobile and he did call a taxi for me for my relocation.

good location 5 min walk to the beach and center
stayed there july 2018, first impressions is it badly needs upgraded, furniture and decor is very tired ! on arrival 3am our room wasn,t ready so after 30 mins waiting to have an additional bed added to our room and have someone try to get the aircon working i decided to go and speak to reception , i pointed out that our room that was clearly a 2 bedroom apartment would not be suitable for 3 beds as you could not get the fridge door open with the extra bed and had to climb over it to get to the balcony ! so after a call to the manager we were given a family room which although very thread bare was much better than the other room, rooms were cleaned daily and most of the staff were nice, i would say more than 80% of the people staying the were Russian or turkish , which brings me on to the next point, the food , they do not cater for british so if your a fussy eater then your probably going to be eating out most of the time,its a good location with some good points and many bad points,i paid under £700 for 3 people for 7 nights and being realistic i wasn,t expecting the Hilton for that kind of money but after the extra i spent on us eating out i would have been better paying more for a better hotel.

Lovely hotel
Booked to stay for a couple of days. Landed up booking for a vouple more days. Staff friendly loved the hotel ( stayed in sister mersoy bellavisra just around corner) Room was lovely. Great pool area. Plenty food great choice although im fussy and stuck to basics. Would definatley return

DISGUSTING AND DIRTY AVOID
Do not go here it's not a 4 star barely a one, the "Jill" review on Trip Advisor is fake and put on by the hotel. They have an ant infestation in the food hall, there is no al a carte and definitely no double beds in the rooms. The food is horrible and not kept at the correct temperature, the housekeeper doesn't come and no supervised kids club or any entertainment.. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Beautiful Hotel with an Aquapark

Very good hotel with Aquapark
The hotel enjoys a great location. The service is good, the food is good... hotel has an aquapark which is fantastic. Will come back.

Disappointing
Did not have a warm welcome. Only the entertainment (animation) group showed any enthusiasm and friendliness - a big thank you to Okan, Nano, John and Hakan. The Mersoy Exclusive hairdressers offered excellent service and I can recommend a new hairstyle by Ihan.

Besides the location. This is a hotel that does not live up to information given on website or via hotels.com. It is a 2-star hotel. This is based on i.e: - Poor information when check in - Unsteady elevator - Small room with poor pillows. - Urin smell in main area (near the computers) - Small and dirty pool

fiyat güzeldi. o yüzden bu fiyata 5 yıldız otel konforu beklemeyin zaten. akşam yemekte ne var diye düşündürmeyen bir otel. hergün tavuk çıkıyor çünkü :) ama lezzet kötü değil. denize yürüme mesafesinde. çalışan personel güler yüzlü. Fatmagül, irem, Ela ve Ege ye çok teşekkürler

Otel, personal çok iyiydi. 1 binadakı odaların tamire ihtiyacı var. Klima sesinden 1 gece hiç uyumadık. Sonra hemen odamızı değiştirdiler. Teşekkür ederim :) Yemekler lezzetliydi. Kokteyller güzeldi.

otele girdiğinizden itibaten yırtık pırtık eşyalar gözünüze çarpıyor. temizlik olarak da hiç temiz değil. yemek alanı müşteri sayısına çok yetersiz kaldığı için baya uzun kuyruklar bekleyerek yemek alabiliyorsunuz. herşey dahil gittim alkol kullanmıyorum, gazlı içecek kullanmıyorum ice tea de yoktu yani kısaca verdiğim paranın karşılığını alamadım. otelin sevdiğim yanı ise çocuklar için havuzunda kaydıraklar olması.

Son dakikaya bıraktığımız bir tatilin cezasını çektik. İnternet üzerinden yer bakarken kredi kartından şak diye çekti, iptal şansımız olmadığı için mecburen gittik. 14 te odaya giriş yaptık ama sadece çarşafla düzgündü. Yerler kıl içindeydi. Personele söylediğimizde hemen temizledi yeniden. Personel eksikliği var. Özveriyle çalışan bir ekip var. Umarım karşılığını almıştır çocuklar. Otel küçük şeylerden kar etme derdinde.Sabah kahvaltısında "BAL TADI VERİLMİŞ ŞURUP PAKETİ" nedir ya! Küçük bir bal çok mu pahalı. Plajda otel için ayrılan bölümde her gün 15 TL şezlong parası nedir yaaa! Koymuşlar oraya Osman diye bir kroo 20 ama siz 15 verin diyor. İğrenç bir durum. Bir de sahilde beyefendi aracılığıyla birşeyler içersek para almıyormuş şezlong tan. Neyse bölge fena değil. Ama çok büyük beklenti içine girmeyin derim gidenlere. Tek güzel yanı otel içi çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Yemekler kaliteli değil ama lezzeti çok kötü değil. Temizlik daha titiz olmalı ve biraz daha ürün yelpazesi geliştirilmeli. Küçük hesaplarla, insanları sömürmek çok ayıp.! Hotel.com müşteri temsilcisini de aradım ve bu kayıtlar mevcuttur. Sağ olsun o arkadaş da ilgilendi en azında. Son ana otel işini bırakmayın derim. O bölgedeki konsept hemen hemen her otelde aynı. Marmaris içmeler tarafı. Saygılar...

Sakın bu otelde kalmayın çadırda yatın daha iyi
Bir otel ancak bu kadar beceriksiz olur klima bozuk dedik 4 gün bizi perişan ettiler odada kumanda yok dedim oralı olmadılar bu kadar beceriksiz bir oteli bence çıkarmanız gerekiyor yemekler iki üç gün aynı verdiğim para lanet olsun

Je déconseille, hôtel en mauvais état
Chambre sale, Acceuil moyen !! On m'a proposé une petite chambre alors que j'ai réservé une chambre familiale, ensuite on m'a proposé une chambre loin du complexe à proximité des toboggans, bref j'ai du changer 3 fois de chambre !!!

Facebook ve rezervasyon sitelerinde gösterilen resimlerle alakası yok.3 bloktan oluşuyor ve en iyisi C blok,resimlerde C gösterip sizi A'ya atıyorlar.Havuzda şemsiye dahi yok.resimlerde plaj resmi var ama otelin plajı yok denize sıfır değil.kısa yürüme mesafesiyle ücretli plaja giriyorsunuz(şezlong başına 10 tl).yemek kalitesi düşük.stajer çalışanlar otelin en büyük artısı,iyi hizmet ediyorlar,onlar olmasa işler bu kadar şeye rağmen tıkırında gitmezdi.reaksiyon hızı düşük,örneğin asansör arızalandı sonraki 2 gün kullanamadık.asansör olmasa da olur ama bu gibi konular hizmet kalitesinş gösteriyor.balkonda elbise kurutacağınız basit bir askılık dahi konulmamış.

İki aile, 4 yetişkin ve 1 çocuk 2 odada kalacak şekilde aylar öncesinden rezervasyon yapıp, peşin ödeyip gittik. 4 farklı otel binasından oluşan otele vardığımızda bayram yoğunluğunun da etkisiyle resepsiyonda tartışan ve tehdit eden misafirler ile görevlilerin kargaşasının ortasına düştük. Odalarımızı hazırlamadıkları için beklemeye başladık. Büyüklerimizi mecburen upgrade edip diğer bloğa yerleştirdiler. 2 saatten uzun süre klima bulunmayan 37 derecelik lobide bekledikten sonra 2 kişilik odaya 3. yatağı koymak istediler. Gösterdikleri odada değil 3. yatak, 3. kişi ayakta bile duramazdı. Sonunda bizi de upgrade edip yerleştirdiler. Ancak bu sefer de odadaki asıl klima çalışmıyordu. 4. günün sonunda tamir edebildiler. Herşey dahil olması nedeniyle yemek kalitesi son derece düşüktü. Son gün yediğimiz döner hepimizi rahatsız etti. Çay bardaklarının ağız kısımlarının kirli olmasından başlayıp odadaki küvetin giderinin tamamen tıkalı olması ve suyu açtığımızda küvetten parça parça kirler çıkmasını da sayarsanız pek temiz olduğu da söylenemez. Hoş, çarşaflar ve havlular günlük değişiyordu ancak yastık kılıfı takmayı unuttukları gün dahi oldu. TV'den hiç bahsetmeyeyim zira kendi var kanalı yok. İnternet çekmiyor. Exclusive olarak adlandırılan kısımda ise havuz tam bir curcuna. Fiyat kalite oranı son derece düşük olan bu otelde rezervasyon yaparken tekrar düşünmenizi şiddetle tavsiye ederim.
