"Absolutely infested with cockroaches. Killed 10 least 10 a night after a long day at work. People were throwing parties on a Wednesday that lasted until Thursday. Staff adresses nothing. Shower didn’t get hot. Can hear your neighbor talking through the wall all night."

"I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a great experience. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a great variety of options each morning. The overall atmosphere made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others."

"the front desk is disgustingly rude. Refuse to even look at your when you're asking FAIR AND JUST questions. Was not honored as a hilton member.... no pillows for my pun or couch and when i and for a blanket they told me to take one of them off the bed"

"No surprises either way. It’s exactly what you expect in lodging. Metro station was close enough, shopping was close enough. Staff was friendly enough. Breakfast was a step up. It’s a solid place to stay."

"During the visit, the property look good in the beginning, there were bugs coming out of the electricity sockets. Later that day when I ask the staff for another cloth and towel, he told me that there weren’t any more and that I would have to wait until morning. Not to mention, he made me sit there and wait for three minutes while he counted and recount his money, Will not be staying again."

"I was told at check in that the room I booked wasn’t available. The receptionist was helpful in getting me into another room with similar accommodations. The room was nasty. The grounds outside was filthy, with trash everywhere and the grass overgrown. The smoke detector in the room was gone, wires hanging out. The lamp attached to one side of the bed was missing with wires hanging out. The shades wouldn’t completely close. The carpet was nasty. Bathroom, outdated and nasty. The shower curtain...

"We stayed in a handicapped room. It was very spacious for people who has wheelchair. We just wish they have a chair for handicapped in the bathroom. The staff was nice and their breakfast was good. My husband and I have been booking in different hotels for 2 months now. We are from DE, and he had PT &OT in DC once a week 2 days in a row. We liked this hotel since its very accessible, closer to DC and it fits our needs. This is our second time and in about 2 weeks , we will be coming back...

"The lady manager who had a Jamaican accent and checked me in was very helpful and concerned about the stay of her guests. There was another lady manager who worked very early morning hours who could care less about excessive noise late at night. She told me she could not do about tge noises at 1230am because they were checking in. I had people rolling bottles, moving furniture, smoking cigars and something else over my head and on my floor, which got worse after complaints. There was also an...

"Booked a non smoking room but it was definitely smoked in. Ash trays on both sides of the bed. Wobbly desks and chairs. Shower curtain had red marks (not sure if it was blood residue or not), it was torn in multiple places. My clothes smelt like smoke for days even though I checked out same day. Pillows were not bed pillows but looked like couch decor pillows. Im still trying to get my refund but it is a NIGHTMARE!"
