"Really decent for what it was. It's super close to and in the middle of the city center for Reading so it was a lot easier to get places because it's also close to the freeways. There's a polish market right next door and bank which made it super easy to get stuff in a pinch. I wish the network was better because it was super laggy. The place was alright it was like a 90s blast from the past three big old tv that you can't stream to and the furniture but I mean for the price it was great to...

We received 2 emails with access codes on, I thought they were the same & that we hadn’t received the code for the carpark so contacted an out of hours number & the service was fantastic, sorted it within a couple of minutes. "Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"Lovely stay for a weekend, can imagine in the Summer how enjoyable it must be. Lots of animals to feed, check-in basket is super cute, attention to detail leaving us easter eggs (we went on Easter) in the property and by the hen eggs too! Can’t wait to return this time with friends and their kids."

"The interior facility was fine. Clean and functional. The communication with management was good. They responded quickly. They called to check to make sure everything was OK early in the stay. However… As many other reviews have said about the Hounslow location… The entry area was filled with trash every day from other businesses. The space heaters were not properly assembled and so they actually sat wobbling on the cords. I did call and report this and sent pictures. There was zero security....
