"The floor was pretty dirty in our room, had to wipe my son’s feet numerous times. Other than that, service was great and they accommodated my check in and the hot breakfast was good!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay but had few options. Only 1 kind of mini muffins and limited cereal. My biggest issue is that they charged me for the room 2 times after I paid through Expedia. When I tried to explain to the manager, he blew me off, insisting he had refunded my money BUT he had only refunded 1 of the 2 $54.60 charges. The charges happened when the person at the desk charged the pet fee of $25, at check in. So instead of refunding me $109.20, he refunded me only $54.60! If he had just let me show him on my phone and listened to me, I wouldn’t be overcharged and furious! "
