Also, the listing for this hotel stated "breakfast included"; however, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that it was not included but available and it would be a $28 charge per person if I wanted breakfast. "First of all, this is a 3-star hotel so nothing fancy. We have now stayed here twice. The 2 double beds 1 room suite is a little tight moving around but having a separate living room is nice. It’s nice to be able to store leftovers in the full size fridge as well. There are some bowls and plates and utensils and even a dishwasher. Our room was clean. Bath tub could be updated but not gross. Water pressure was a little weak but nothing unbearable. Average breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausages...

"We've been coming to thr Park Inn for years whenever we are in Markham for tournaments. Our stays have always been excellent. I will say, the place is starting to show signs of wear and tear though. Towel racks were falling out of the walls, bed was starting to get lumpy and just generally needs some updating. Still comfortable, cheap, and convenient. But if maintenance is not done more frequently, this will change"
