"The hotel was really nice! It seemed like it was recently remodeled so the room was really nice! Only issue was that it took about 15 min to check in as only one person was working. One of the elevators wasn’t working the day we left. So it took forever to go down. & the hotel doesn’t have many quick eating options on site. But there are plenty of options within walking distance. I’d def stay here again! Good bang for your buck."

"The rooms are very nice, might consider inspecting sheets for wear, ours had those little balls on them from wear. The maid service provided another set of sheets no problem. Suggestion: The parking lot areas need better lighting, really dark in some areas on the property. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay. Will stay here again in the future."

"Great hot tub! Clean room, comfortable bed, good location. Older hotel but pretty well maintained. Parking was easy. Friendly staff."

"We were here maybe 15 yrs. ago and the rooms were definitely more rustic. The updated rooms are simple, clean and cozy. The full and efficient kitchen was fine to make a nice dinner. The resort was winding down for the season and staff minimal and in late September the restaurant was closed so it was best to p/u food for breakfast and dinner. Minimal problems included the thermostatically controlled small gas fireplace that was somewhat erratic; sometimes the fan was too noisy at night. During the day the traffic noise made it difficult to enjoy the beautiful grounds, but quiet at night. Overall worth the stay to enjoy beautiful Hope Valley and trails on the property!"
