Dear Christina, I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We were not able to switch you to a different room due to us being fulling booked and we did not have the same room type you booked available. The only room we had was a king room and that would not have accommodated your family. We did have housekeeping fully reclean your room. Again we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Take care!
