Great and perfect for my short stay to attend my classes at ivy tech! The owner was super sweet and breakfast was always fresh and delicious! If I have future classes to attend at ivy tech I will be booking here. Lots of cats and one very friendly dog, they stayed down stairs and not in the way at all. Great experience here thank you! Oh and the bed was super comfortable!! Def was nice since I had a recent back surgery!!♥️
Great place to stay around Marion. I stayed here for 5 nights, and had breakfast with the owner every morning. The free breakfast was definitely a incentive to book it, but it was a very comfortable place to stay as well. Moe the house dog is very sweet and well behaved to guests! Definitely will stay here again if I'm in the area.
Great hosts, bed was awesome, rooms were good. Only thing I wasn't expecting is that they have quite a few pets. They're all very friendly though. Great experience, would stay again.
l really enjoyed my stay, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is easy to get to and parking is easy. I went there on my way to Chicago and its a good location on way I will keep in mind as I go to Chicago often. I didn't get to spend a lot of time here so I can't comment on the town and area, but it looks like a neat little town.
Newly renovated. Very homey feeling. Breakfasts were awesome. Host warm and friendly. The bed was super comfortable. There is nothing not to like about Branson B&B. Clean, quiet and relaxing. Will definitely stay again when I’m in Marion IN.
I have only stayed in a bed and breakfast one other time in my life and was worried. April made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in. I am not a breakfast person and April accommodated me accordingly. The room was light and airy with fresh linens. She has a dog and cats and that truly added to the experience. The animals were there as much as I wanted them to be. I would 100% recommend this house and will stay here in the future if whenever I am back in town!
Wonderfully sized room and bathroom! Good value. Very pleasant proprietor.
Did not like that cat/cats had been in the room, and there was a constant, but mild kitty litter odor. I need protein for breakfast so I missed that being part of the breakfast.

The house was not in a very nice neighborhood and it wasn't clear if it was safe to walk or not, so we drove to a nearby riverwalk when we wanted to take a walk. The host was lovely, but we were very shocked to discover when we walked in that she had 10-12 rescue cats in the house, as they were not on the advertising. There was a cat odor in the house, though not overwhelming. Our rooms were on the 2nd floor and that floor was clean and newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Some rooms share a bathroom. We were a little underwhelmed with the breakfast in the morning, by bed-and-breakfast standards.

Great service and well renovated with few quirks
Owner/Host is extremely nice and accommodating. Made a nice breakfast and served it at time of our request. We rented the larger unit which was spacious and well appointed with a large bathroom and two walk-in closets. Location is mixed with some decent housing and some boarded-up homes and businesses. Went on long walk around town and felt safe but we live near Chicago so comfortable in many environments. Must like pets as owner allows her 120 pound gentle German Shepherd, Mo to greet you each time you enter or leave. She has about a dozen cats as well, so may not be ideal for folks with cat allergies. Overall, she does a great job but want folks to know about a few things that greatly surprised us because no one mentioned them to us prior to our arrival.
Cat lovers paradise!
Host rescues cats and we were greeted at every turn by a friendly meow.
Home was modern/clean….host was kind and made us a great breakfast.
Would gladly stay again next time we are in the area.

If you have allergies to pet dander, this would not be the place for you.
The house is in a shady, run down part of town.
We were surprised to discover that this lady fosters cats. There were so many cats and the whole house reeks of sick cat and litter box.
When we requested a refund, she refused.
While we were there another guest arrived and left to get a hotel.
Such a disgusting experience.
A beautiful property, with good up to date rooms, and lovely host. My big issue was the smell of cat litter. It was pungent, my nose refused to be blind to it. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE animals and love that she rescues cats, but keep you have to stay on top of that. The smell was overwhelming.
