"I was with a ball team and did not get the discount. The cost was more than I thought and I didn’t even get the discount. The staff were amazing. I didn’t get a bill at the end. The pool was shut down which was why we picked that hotel. Not happy about that as we all wanted to swim."

"I loved the staff. They were always there to help with anything we needed. This hotel is located in a wonderful spot. There are a lot of places to shop and if you don’t want to drive, you can go to the transit center which is less than a mile away and catch a train or bus. Our time there was wonderful and I can’t express my gratitude enough."

"Looking for a lower cost hotel in this area and this one was the most affordable. Newer building and great location to access the surrounding cities. We were warned that the amenities were sparse and packed accordingly so it wasn't a problem. The lack of even a plastic cup to take medications was a bit disappointing. A cheap ice tray in the freezer shouldn't be too much to ask either. TV was fine and refrigerator/freezer spacious. Stayed two nights so didn't test the capabilities of room...

"This hotel exceeded our expectations. We only chose it as a stopover, but we didn’t expect it to be so clean, tidy, and practical! The staff were also very kind and helpful in solving problems. The breakfast was clean and had all the basic essentials. I guess it may have been recently renovated. Our whole family was very satisfied! If you have a car, there is a shopping and dining area about ten minutes away, with plenty of places to eat and shop. We’re very happy we chose this place! Seattle...

"There are trains that run through all night long and woke us up. They offered a white noise machine but none of that made a difference with how loud the trains were. The entire time we were there they also had issues with WiFi and we never had Internet. We let them know and the response was "we have been having problems maybe we need to restart the system." But it was never fixed. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone"

"This was a horrible hotel, there are doors connecting the rooms and you can hear EVERYTHING through the door. I could hear the whole conversation from next door like they were in my room, I heard their alarm clock as if it was in my room. Would not recommend this hotel at all, there is $150 deposit not you aren't told about until you are there."

"In general it is a good hotel. We were disappointed because arriving before our check in we paid $ 25 to have the room earlier. OK. Went to the pool and was closed for cleaning. In the morning paid another $25 to stay some extra hours. Again , the pool was clised for cleaning."
