"It was a great staycation. The hotel building is a bit old but the hotel itself is well maintenanced and clean. I stayed in the Peranakan Club room and it's huge. The bed is AMAZING, not too soft, not too hard, just form enough yet cocooning for great night sleep. Location is superb with a supermarket downstairs, plenty food options within the building and just right outdoor. There are many small malls around the corner. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the team at the Club...

"I hardly write review but I must say this is the Best hotel so far with reasonable charge in Singapore. So attentive to detail. Finally a hotel that doesn't put work table right under blower and freeze me all the time. Good bathroom design and water pressure, quiet and nice, polite staff, fast check in, free breakfast with so much choices and much nicer in taste/healthy than normal paid breakfast. Bed and pillow is firm, all just make my stay so comfortable vs other budget hotel! "

"Good stay at kinn, capsules are very comfortables and rooms are very clean. Location is near a subaway station and you can even walk to the touristic area of the city. Free coffee and bread in the mornings is a plus."

"We've enjoyed 2 nights at the Grand Park City Hall hotel & highly recommend this hotel for it's great location across the road from the City Hall MRT station (takes you to Changi airport) comfortable room & it's wonderful staff who made us feel so welcome from the first step into the hotel. We stayed in a Club room on the 9th floor, with access to the Crystal Club lounge, which we used for breakfast afternoon tea & evening cocktails. Gladys & Iman made us feel so welcome & are an asset to this...

"Clean, great amenities. Close to public transport options and Funan shopping centre. Super helpful and friendly staff, helped us with navigating the city. Used the gym and pool a couple of times, also clean and easy to access from the main lobby. Left our luggage with concierge after checkout so we could wander the city before our late flight. Perfect for our 3 night stay! "

"Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nur 2 Gehminuten von der Metro entfernt, mit der man gut durch die Stadt kommt. Auch die Zimmer waren super, wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. "

"Absolutely loved The Standard in Singapore. Location is great and the propert is impeccable. The pool is such a tranquil spot - long for laps and swim up bar is a nice touch. Although the rooms were small- which I knew when I booked- the design The Standard is know for shines through in the private spaces. Loved the whole room set up and didn’t feel lack at all. The ONLY improvement I would suggest is providing a more hefty/stable pillow. The pillows were too soft:-)"

Good family hotel & quite budget friendly too

"First time my family stayed here. We were offered an upgrade upon arrival but decided not to take it. The room was quite old but comfortable, so 2 days later we decided to see if we would want to take the upgrade. The Duty Manager, Fadzrul, very kindly took us to look at 3 rooms before we chose the Family Room at no extra charge. All the counter staff were so nice but Fadzrul was extra nice & clear in his explanations & help. The hotel is near MRT & has a 7-11 attached & is convenient to travel to all the places we wanted to go to. It is informal & nice & family-friendly & the cost of staying there is one of the more budget-friendly in Singapore for a bigger hotel. Overall happy & would stay again."
