This is fraud! There's no such hotel in Mardin at all, and the building like on the photo does not exis. The phone also does not exist. I had to look for other place to stay and now I will try to return my money

Rezil bir konaklama.
Otelin adresi bildirilen adresten tamamen farklı, üstelik verilen telefon çslışmıyor. Sora sora saatler sonra bulabildik. Çıkışta 2 gecelij konaklama bedeli 36€ ve tl karşılığı 220 olduğu rezervasyonda belirtildiği halde 230 tl. aldılar. € bu kadar değil itirazıma rsğmen verip kurtuldum. Fatura muhasebecide numarasıyla fatura vermediler. Zorla bir pusula alabildik. Tam bir rezaletti.

bu tesise otel demek uygun olmaz.daha çok günlük kiralanan 1+1 gibi değerlendirilebilir.kaldığımız dönemde mutfak yok gibiydi.sadece buzdolabı ve kettle kullanabildik.binanın yeniliğinden dolayı her yer temizdi.konforda iyi sayılırdı.konum olarak iyi denemez.işletmede görevli personel süperdi.ancak inisiyatif kullanma yetkileri yoktu.tüm karar yetkisi başka bir otelde konuşlu patron yada müdürdeydi.rezervasyonu yaptığım hotels.com sitesi yöneticilerine binlerce teşekkür.otele yerleşene kadar defalarca arayarak müthiş bir şirket ciddiyeti gösterdiler.nedenini hala anlayamadığım rezervasyon yanlışlığından kaynaklanan 100 tl farkı da hesabıma aktaracakları sözünü verdiler.tüm olumsuzluklara rağmen güzel bir mardin tatiliydi.

Temiz ve nezih bir apart
Aslında bu mekan bir otelden ziyade apart daire türünde ancak oldukça temiz, nezih ve güzel. Sahibi ve orada çalışan/resepsiyonda duran beyefendi nazik, medeni ve oldukça yardımsever ve misavirperver. Mardin'e seyahat edeceklere bu mekanı öneririm. Fiyat olarak da gayet makul. Bir hatırlatma: Mardin'de iki tane Mia Luna var, birisi eski Mardin'de, yani tarihi mekanların içerisinde diğeri ise benim konakladığım yeni Mardin'de. Dolayısıyla hotels.com'da bu apartın yeriyle ilgili verilen bilgiler yanlış. Mesela ulu camiye, kırklar kilisesine hiç de yürüme mesafesinde değil.
