"Hotel is fairly new, modern and clean. The room was beautiful, quiet and comfortable. The staff was both pleasant and accommodating. There is a really beautiful bar on the top floor with nice views and a great vibe. The restaurants are wonderful, we ate lunch and dinner during our stay. The service at both restaurants was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious/five star! Highly recommend!"

"This hotel is located quite far from central Naples. There is basically nothing in the area and Arzanos is very run down and quite desolate. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the staff was quite helpful with arranging transportation to Naples. The hotel itself is fine but the location is terrible. Think I booked this by mistake, as there is also a Hotel Europa near the train station in Naples. "

"Our room (suite) was delightful with 2nd room. This grand old, slightly bedraggled, historic villa is what it is… a cherished experience to stay in. The 25-foot ceilings with art in the medallion center, the massive furniture, the comfy bed, the modern bathroom — this capped off 10 days in Italy with a better sense of 18th century history. And we enjoyed the pool too!"
