Thank you so much Larry for recognizing how clean our guest rooms are in our hotel as our family prides ourself on the cleanliness of our small business! I’ve never had a review before where a guest said the room was too small so I hate that you would not visit us again because of that. We offer three different size rooms. Unfortunately, when the hotel was originally constructed before we purchased it, they did not make the bathrooms large enough to put the vanities in. It took us 16 months to remodeled but we were not able to reconstruct the bathrooms. We hope you will be our guests again when you’re back in the area!

Janet, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are a small family business and do not man our lobby 24/7. I did call you and left a message and email explaining that. I never heard back from you until I saw you walking outside with your dog that we were not aware of. When I spoke to you about that and accommodated you with a non pet friendly room you seemed happy. I also told you of our pet fee which you stated you would pay but did not. We have a sign in our foyer clearly displayed if you need absolutely anything to please call us. I did not hear from you. We absolutely do not allow smoking in our building and when I did an inspection of all of our checkouts this morning I did not detect any cigarette smell anywhere. You most definitely could have called our hotel number as we answer it 24/7. We had a large family of a wedding party last night so my apologies if they were loud. If you would have called I would have happily addressed that situation as we do have staff that lives onsite. We also have a large key drop box on our counter for guests checking out as most hotels don’t require contact at checkout. I am glad you found your guest room nice! Thank you for sharing that lovely review. I hate that you were disappointed with your stay. We have never received a dissatisfied review. We strive and take pride in our building and our guests happiness is always priority. I’m also confused to this review as you left a tip in your room.
