"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The front desk receptionist was not professional and seemed uninterested whenever we asked questions or needed assistance. It felt like customer service was not a priority. The hotel also had a very unpleasant odor. The carpets in the hallways leading to the rooms smelled bad, and the elevator had a strong unpleasant smell as well. Unfortunately, these issues made the overall experience uncomfortable. "property is fairly new and excellent for its location. nice view of the dam outside window. excellent room, comfortable beddings, high pressure shower despite being on the 4th fl and effective soundproofing. breakfast was delicious and with good choices. this property could have been 5/5, unfortunately an incident happen during breakfast like encountering a rude lunch lady in school who seems need to work more on her interpersonal skills."

"My husband and I were trying to find a chain of hotels that we could stick with. And we thought days inn was going to be it. However, their consistency is not there .one day. We're staying at a really nice hotel. Beautiful, actually, for a $110. The next day we're staying at the same chain and for $227, and it was like a Motel 6. I guess we will keep on looking."

"This is a basic, older motel with minimal amenities. We used it as a base camp for our offroading adventures for 3 nights. Bed was good, sheets were clean and AC works great. The sign promises coffee in the lobby, but that didn't materialize..fortunately we travel with our own coffee maker. There are no restaurants within 12-15 miles, so bring a large cooler. Room has a fridge, so there's that., and a shared microwave in the lobby. Nearby Sinclair station has some basics if you're desperate. ...

"The hotel is shabby. The blackout shade was broken on one side and just hanging down and the legs of the vanity in the bathroom needed to be painted or refinished. The framed pictures in the bathroom had water stains on the pictures. The lampshade of the light on the night table was damaged and needed to be replaced. I will say that the bedding was clean. But otherwise the room looked shabby. Initially we were given an adjoining room which I did not request and immediately had changed. And...

At 10pm the temp had dropped to around seventy something, with the small personal fans provided, we were able to sleep well.
