"Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. "This property is top notch! We are in love and wish we'd found it earlier. Everyone was so nice and helpful. From registration to pool/food attendants, maintenance, . .... Everyone was so nice. The facilities are beautiful and everything you need is there! Highly recommend this resort and if we come to the Keys again, we will absolutely be staying here!!!!!"

"The website was misleading. There was no bar out by the pool. The bar by the oceanfront was supposed to serve food according to the website, but it didn’t. It was only open from 5 to 8. The room had a really bad smell coming out of the air conditioner which maintenance tried to fixed by cleaning the filter, but they just sprayed stuff in it to make it smell fruity for about a day then it went away and went back to the smell. "We had an amazing stay at Coconut Cay Resort & Marina! The Acqua Lodge sites were clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, the beautiful sunsets, and all the amenities like the pool, kayaks, and marina access. The location is perfect for exploring the Keys while still feeling quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to...

"The hot tub was not on the property but was accessible through the property next-door, which was a little bit of a walk. Would have given it five stars if it wasn’t for the terrible individual at check-in. I don’t remember his name, but he stayed in the room in the back, not in the front where he belonged. He checked me into a room with no view actually a view with the wood fence could not see anything it felt like a prison cell. Call down to change room and was given a room on the third floor...

"My family and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were really clean. The staff was really helpful and polite. Breakfast was okay, it could be better. The bagels were hard did not appear to be fresh. My son really enjoyed the veggie omelet with cheese and the waffle maker. Would stay there again."
