Satisfecha con el servicio
La u ubicación del hotel es excelente, muy amable y atenta la atención y las instalaciones son lindas aunque sencillas. Lo único malo que no tiene estacionamiento y en temporada alta es un poco difícil conseguir donde dejar el auto.

A Sad Place To Stay
I only stay here for two reasons:
A. Location is fabulous and we love the street and nearby restaurants and shops.
B. I’m usually buying more than one room since we travel in teams and it is affordable.
My concern is two-fold:
First, since we come here every year and reserve multiple rooms, I would think you would give us your best rooms and show appreciation for our repeat business. But this time, you gave us rooms that had shower heads with no pressure. One towel per room. And the rooms were on the front of the hotel where all you hear is constant noise from the street.
Second, and this has happened before — during the night the electricity regularly goes off for hours at a time. The front desk clerk claims they can’t get in touch with the maintenance person. It happened last year on a couple of nights. It happened this year for over 6 hours. I believe they do it to save money on the electricity bill. And if not, THEN GET THE PROBLEM REPAIRED. Just fix the problem.
And then you charge me full rate at check out after knowing we are extremely unhappy with our stay. That’s not even good business strategy.

Destruido! Calor insoportable, muy ruidoso!
Segunda vez que voy y me pasa lo mismo. Afuera hacia 5 grados y tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas por el calor inaguantable de la calefacción. Y el ruido del ascensor insoportable. NO VUELVO MAS

La verdad que x ser boutique deja mucho q desear. La habitacion es minuscula y el baño mas chico todavia, imposible bañarse sin mojar todo en el cubiculo de 50x50 .... no vuelvo!

El desayuno mucho q desear... no hay nada salafo tipo fiambres o huevos revueltos y tampoco hubo predisposición para hacerlo.

todo correcto,desde el personal q es muy amable,la ubicacion excelente,solo dos problemas el primero q por tener un lugar para tomar algo en la calle,no hay lugar para estacionar poder bajar y/o subir valijas,y segundo u muy importante,el tema del desayuno q permiten gente de afuera,y me toco tener q esperar mas de 40 minutos,por todo lo demas seguro volveria

Falta algunas mejoras mínimas.
Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en el hotel y vemos que hay cosas que mejorar respecto de otros años.
Observamos toallas y toallones que necesitan recambio. Como así también algunos cubrecamas con manchas.
El lugar para desayuno si bien es muy agradable necesita mayor equipamiento en mesas y sillas dado la cantidad de personas que lo ocupan en las mañanas.

La mejor ubicacion. Volveria
El punto fuerte del hotel es la ubicacion, en el corazon de Güemes, donde hay gran oferta gastronomica y estan los mejores locales de Mar del Plata. La habitacion es chica, sin mayores comodidades, pero agradable y limpia. El hotel ofrece tambien un desayuno correcto. Buena opcion, si vas a Mar del Plata y la idea no es hacer vida de hotel, sino usarlo para dormir. Volveria, de hecho es la segunda vez que me hospedo ahi. Bien la relacion precio calidad
