"Clean room and friendly staff"

"Jacuzzi does not work and hasn't worked in months apparently so you will not be able to use it. Rooms are kind of small and crowded. Very old and dark aesthetically. Breakfast was very limited."

"Well, on the first day I was assigned a room, but when I walked in, it was already occupied—that gave me quite a scare. Then, the air conditioning in the replacement room was broken, so I had to be moved again, and that room had issues too. In my opinion, my stay wasn't very good; the airport shuttle never arrived on time—honestly, it was a disaster. However, the young woman at the front desk was very attentive."

"The receptionist was so helpful and friendly. She needs to have a big raise in pay. The shuttle to a d from the airport went well. Beds a d breakfast were good. Would definitely stay there again!!"

"Hotel was very crowded for World Cup and Pride. Nearly impossible to get breakfast due to long lines and out of stock products. Very noisy in common areas. Design of window shades is clunky and you can hear others raising/lowering their blinds in other rooms which can wake you up out of a deep sleep. Kitchenette is a nice touch and we appreciated not having to use plastic ware. Staff seemed overwhelmed by occupancy volume. We asked the front desk for extra pillows three separate times over two...

"Clean room, comfortable beds. Did not use restaurant as we had an early flight. We used the free airport shuttle. It was very timely and convenient. It is so close to the airport its just a few minutes to get dropped off."

"Excellent staff, helpful shuttle drivers, clean rooms, located right across from the airport. I was very happy with my stay."
