"I didn’t get the room I booked and the room wasn’t cleaned properly, it was loud because of the balcony area. And our keys stopped working when we went out into the hallway to get water. "

"The food in the restaurant was not very good. The breakfast was the best. The staff was good except when we asked for a phone in our room. At first no one responded and then we were told they didn't have any extra phones. A room without a phone at &600+ a night. Our room was poorly equipped, 1 tiny nightstand on the right of the bed, no where to put luggage except on a Cleopatra like coach which took up most of the room, no where in the bathroom to put a toothbrush or cosmetics and very poor lighting. We were very disappointed for the money. Oh, the lobby was lovely."
