"We never got the room that we booked. The first time we were told that they didn’t have us listed in that building however they did show we were booked so they put us in another building that was supposed to be similar. The other building ADN was nice but the floors were dirty, there was foul odor coming out of the pipes, bedroom was not private like in the pictures, there was a ripped on the pillow and the stuffing was coming out. "Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."

"When we arrived, the pillows in the room were dirty, and there was no hair dryer for my wife. I called the manager, and they changed them. They don't change towels or make the bed—nothing like that during your stay. If you have a movie app, you're fine; otherwise, there are no local channels to watch."
