Wonderful hotel with a walk-in shower and lots of space with views of the main square. The only negative is the bed mattress does not use springs, so it is hard on your back.

Wonderful location. No extras (soap etc) , one of the people at front desk was unfriendly, one was fine. There was some stains on the outside of our cover. Otherwise wonderful view of square, lovely with rooftop bar with complimentary drink, all else ok.

Lovely stay
Great stay ! I want to compliment the front desk ! Benny went over and above to help us navigate getting our car to the hotel . We got lost parked and went on foot . He walked back to the car and helped my husband locate the hotel and get his lovely colleague from Romania to check us in. Everyone always has a smile and a warm greeting !! Thank you for making it so pleasant . I would suggest management update the website to include precise instructions about how to navigate to the hotel. It is in a restricted area with electronic balusters that seemed impossible to pass.

this charming hotel right in the middle of the old town offers wonderful views from the top terrace. Staff is helpful, breakfast is fancy and delicious, and rooms very comfy. Would gladly come back.

Beautifully modernized building. And you will be greeted by enthusiastic and attentive young ladies at reception, will anticipate your needs - like dealing with your car in a restrictive zone of the city. Best location you can have in Mantova. Good size rooms and modern well spaced bathroom. Although the shower is decent size it lacks a door and you have to be careful to avoid spilling water in the floor. Which is almost impossible. A major flaw as makes it uncomfortable. In fact you can see water damage on the floor around the shower. And lacks a shelf to put the soap, it goes on the floor. Things that should be easy to fix, but... Breakfast room is beautifully lighted and great view of the city.

For the first time ever, I got an upgrade and ended up staying at a suite overlooking the beautiful Rotonda di San Lorenzo. The hotel is really central, you can walk to and from the train station in less than 15mins or get a bus that stops just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was really good and full of options, even champagne! I felt all the 4 stars :o)

Charming Heart of Mantua
A wonderful place to stay in Mantua! The location could not be better for enjoying all of the sights in this charming city. The hotel is top rate - beautifully furnished and the breakfast was particularly good. The staff was welcoming and helpful and they offer paid parking just down the street. If you are in Mantua, do not hesitate to stay here.

Grazioso, pulito, staff adorabile e colazione molto gradevole. La mancanza di alcune facilities apparentemente banali ci hanno fatto però ritenere il prezzo un po’ esagerato per il livello dell’hotel. Suggerirei una coperta di scorta nell’armadio, un portasapone nella doccia, uno specchio in stanza, magari a figura intera…

Lovely hotel, ideally situated near many of the city’s main attractions. Staff was very helpful, especially in calling taxis for us! Our room / suite was very spacious with brand new bathrooms.

Choose another hotel.
The description of room that we booked was not given to us. Hotel.com description is different to what we received with missing contents despite us stating the type of room booked to the young receptionist Hotel situated in the centre above shops and is ultra modern. No shelves in the bathroom so had to use a table in the room for toiletries. Bedside tables so small only the bedside light would fit on. No sockets for recharging phone/laptop. no bar, no lounge area, Had to ask for a safe as none in room. All we kept being told was that they have only been open 2 months, if this is the best after 2 months - there is no hope! The only positive thing I can say is that a comfy bed and decent breakfast selection. Unfortunately, there can be noise from the street at the weekend, but this is not the fault of the hotel. However, after 2 nights we could not wait to leave as not a comfortable room to stay in. We are experienced travellers and have stayed in many hotels over the years, but certainly would not recommend this one.

Hotel situato nel pieno centro di Mantova, parcheggio a pagamento coperto a pochi metri dall’hotel, personale disponibile e gentile, colazione ottima dolci freschi, buona scelta tra salato e dolce, bevande calde espresse, l’unica pecca la stanza un po’ piccola e poco funzionale, in bagno pochi piani d’appoggio, l’albergo è stato ristrutturato anche se già presenta segni di usura, nel complesso consiglierei certamente di soggiornare in questo hotel

Lo Hotel si trova in una posizione molto bella e comoda solo che la gestione e3stata scarsa , camera mal messa e soprattutto gelata non funzionava il riscaldamento ed essendo a gennaio a -1 è stato un grande problema non risolto dallo staff non ci hanno potuto cambiare stanza essendo al completo ma non ci hanno dato un altra fonte di calore per riscaldare l'ambiente. Per cui devo dire che l'esperienza è stata pessima!!!

L'albergo è centralissimo, ha una bellissima terrazza belvedere dove offrono l'aperitivo di benvenuto ,è evidentemente ricavato da un vecchio stabile. La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato è molto piccola ma pulita e dotata di ogni comfort (frigo bar, cassaforte, bollitore con tisane 1/2 L di acqua in omaggio, pantofole e prodotti per la doccia), uno splendido bagno benchè cieco. Il letto 'king' in realtà consisteva in due letti singoli affiancati, nessun mobile per appoggiare la valigia

Bella struttura situata al centro di Mantova, comodissima per visitare il centro storico. Della pulizia della stanza e della gentilezza dello staff non ho niente da dire, anzi complimenti davvero perché senza di loro la struttura non sarebbe all'altezza del 4 stelle. La camera manca dei requisiti minimi e non è rifinita a dovere (una finestra senza tenda - doccia senza vetro o tendina - accessori per mettere spazzolino e dentifricio - dove appendere asciugamani x bidet, etc).Non può essere classificata come una stanza da hotel a 4 stelle. Peccato.

Hotel in posizione centralissima, belle stanze, ottima colazione. Gentilissimo il ragazzo del parcheggio. Purtroppo però devo fare un appunto sul personale alla reception, poco di supporto e con modi abbastanza sgarbati (sia nei miei confronti che con le persone con le quali erano al telefono di fronte a me..) In più solo a posteriori ho scoperto sullo scontrino che oltre alla tassa di soggiorno mi hanno fatto pagare in contanti un contributo extra identificato come "Eco contributo sanificazione". Non so se ciò sia corretto o meno, sicuramente non è corretto non averlo neanche detto.

Hotel ben posizionato, in pieno centro, a pochi passi da tutti i monumenti della città. Dista 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Mantova. La camera almeno la nostra di dimensioni modeste ma arredata di tutto il necessario, letto comodo e bagno ben accessoriato. Colazione varia. Il personale addetto alla sala cordiale, gentile e premuroso. Sicuramente consigliato.
