This is the first time experience staying in below standard hotel The hotel that I paid £77+ doesn’t have a tea or coffee in his room The toilet doesn’t have full toilet tissue I left the hotel this morning before 9 o’clock to look for another hotel It was painful

Cela sent le tabac froid partout dans l’hôtel. J’ai payer un petit déjeuner à 14€ pour que l’on me dise qu’il n’y a plus de café à 8h du matin.

Le pire!

Cette hotel etait le pire de tout les hotels ou nous avons sejourne. L'hotel a ferme ses portes sans nous avertir pendant 3 hrs le dimanche, et nous ne pouvions pas sortir. on a due prendre la sortie de secours. Il n'y avait personne la nuit donc nous etions sans personne dans l'hotel. Il y avait des insectes sdans la piece. Nous en avons tues plusieurs! le telephone dans la chambre ne marchait pas. enfin plutot une horrible nuit!

Nahe der Seine gelegen Wir mussten mehr zahlen als bei Expedia gebucht, zudem bekamen wir nicht das gebuchte Zweibettzimmer. Nach Beanstandung bekamen wir dann ein Raucherzimmer Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Hôtel sans clim donc j'ai dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Personnel très agréable et hôtel calme. Petit déjeuner complet. La propreté de la chambre n'est pas au top et j'ai tué plusieurs insectes.

Séjour convenable pour une nuit Lit bébé payant mais l'information n'apparait pas au moment de la réservation. Nous avons été appelés par l'hôtel pour nous le préciser et demander si nous souhaitons toujours avoir le lit à disposition. Manque de transparence. J'ai du renoncer au lit par principe

La prestation ne vaut pas le prix.

J ai pris la chambre confort. Très déçu, sombre et basse de plafond, la fenêtre n’isole pas et le chauffage est inexistant. Tache sur la serviette de salle de bain et cuvette de toilette non fixée. Enfin petit déjeuner vraiment sommaire, café Thermos et viennoiseries de grande surface bas de gamme.
