Older property that has been renovated. Antique furniture that is adequate and nice if you like antiques.
No on-site staff, check-in through a kiosk with video connection to remote person, probably in SE Asia. This ended up working fine, even though we had an unusually situation - stay two night under two different reservations. We did get locked out after the check out time on the first reservation, but the kiosk video customer service rep was able to see our second reservation and issue new keys. It just cause needless concern as no one could take care of merging the two reservations when we first checked in. No response to phone calls to the hotel line, or emails, just the kiosk.
