"Perfect place for couples also great for families w children. Yes of course some of the room fixtures could require some updating for instance scratched up furniture or old decor for the most part. It’s a beautiful place to lay down your head. There’s delicious FREE breakfast in the morning, and it has an amazing arcade and billiard across the street ALL types of gourmet foods and drinks to be served all day. The pool was amazing and the workers were very helpful."

"Decent hotel for a short stay. Very convenient off the highway and close to the Logan Express shuttle to the airport. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast had somewhat limited options, but I didn’t expect much from a hotel buffet. At least the breakfast area was very clean and well maintained."

"Loved the Beautiful room we stayed in it was extremely large and decorated in nice colors! The owner, Cheryl was very nice and friendly! The distance to Hull and the beach and restaurants was close proximity! What was disappointing was the size of the shower stall, my husband who has a handicap, was difficult for him because it was so small. With the massive size of the room and the high walk in closet, a walk in shower would be a great addition! We always stay at bed and breakfasts because we enjoy the great breakfast included. Plus the ambiance! The Beacon only had a very small selection of breakfast items and a coffee pot. Therefore, we went out for breakfast , which added to our expenses! Other than that it was a lovely Inn!"

From the moment we arrived, the staff set the tone for a wonderful stay—everyone was incredibly polite, helpful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy being there. The bar and pub staff were especially amazing, creating such a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The entire property was spotless. You can tell cleanliness is a priority, and it made our stay feel comfortable and stress‑free. Everything you could possibly need is right on site or just a short walk or drive away. The beach is close, which made it easy to enjoy some sun and fresh air without having to plan an entire day around it. We also appreciated how convenient the location was—close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet still quiet enough to feel like a true escape. Whether you’re looking to unwind, explore, or simply enjoy a peaceful weekend, this hotel delivers. We will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and convenient place to stay."
