The property was conveniently and strategically located. The bridge connecting the hotel to the department store is very convenient. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful and has concern for their clients. I would recommend this hotel to my friends

Always loved the hotel. Clean and inviting. Location is great just beside SM mall. A bit of issue upon check in. Booked 2 twin beds and ended up with I king size bed due to releasing our booked room to accommodate a tour group. My sister and I were traveling and we needed two beds. We stayed in the current available room for 2 days and was finally transferred to a room with 2 twin beds. We love the hotel and have been staying there every year. Hope we do not encounter the same issues next time we book again.

The Supervisor at the breakfast was very nice, friendly and attentive, but the other staff at the entrance approached me while i was getting food from the breakfast buffet if i paid or or nor. I felt embarrassed. The drainage near the commode smells bad, and the shower bath was clogged. On my last day one of the staff just ring the bell twice and entered my room. And he told me that he has to check the room and all the properties like the cabinets and ref and restroom. But im just concern bec what if im not dress up propery and he just entered the room. He did not did me a chance to open the door. I am not going back to this hotel.

always greeted by staffs with a smile, everyone has a positive disposition and are always ready to help. this hotel is so convenient since its beside of one of the nicest mall in the metro. always clean and i really smells good. plus the spa service is really great, you just need to pay additional for this service. to sum it up, we really had a great stay and looking forward book again in this hotel.

They were a lot of seminar groups staying at this hotel. If you are on vacation you may wanna look for other possible hotel. So many worker look adults were staying here. Not enjoyable!

This is our go to place whenever we are in Quezon City, very convenient since the hotel is right above one of the biggest mall in the country, SM North Edsa North Towers.
