The best thing about the Jupiter Suites Hotel is the staff. Everyone was exceedingly helpful and friendly. I really appreciate their kindness and willingness to accommodate my needs. A true bargain for the price.

Worn out but nice
It would be a great place if the toilet did plug up or the water temperature stablized.....after hot water repair , or the bedding wasn't so worn, or the air conditioner worked better without being so loud or the hair dryer worked, and if the refrigerator had more than just cool. The staff were very nice and friendly and the location was very near other services.

My stay at Jupiter Suites was comfortable. The hotel is located nearby transport, eateries and shopping. Staff are friendly and are amenable to requests I’ve made. Will book Jupiter Suites in my next Philippine trip. It was a surprise to find it in an almost-perfect location as per my needs.

Convenient Stay
The location of the hotel is very convenient since it is near restaurants and just in front of Pacific Star Building. The hotel staffs were friendly and checking-in was easy. The room was big and clean.

Place is good enough
Place is about 2-3 stay. Only has a couple of parking spots. But the customer service is great. Room was sufficient for a good night's sleep and has AC.

Worth it, courteous staff, accessibility and restaurants within reach. Adjacent to Mercury Drug with loading services. The only drawback, no smaller towels, limited tv channels selection and some guests can’t control their noises?

The hotel was not worth the price the location was very good. However, the room was not clean very well and was not very comfortable the staff was average and the value was not good for the price you have to pay per night. No major problems but I would not stay here again.

A reasonable hotel in Makati with good value for your money. Big rooms and good sized bathroom. Unlike other hotels I have stayed at in Manila area I was not disturbed by the outside traffic from my room (309).
