I reserved the hotel so I could get some rest after a long flight then I arrived in the hotel the next day I booked it, but when I get there I still have to wait for my Room to get cleaned and ready, After that they took me to the room that has no keycard , No keys And has 3 different locks that are all broken I asked the staff to change my room they did after a long time waiting. I have to keep asking for an update as the staff won’t bother ,

The property is clean as claimed. However, the hallway by the elevator smells with cigarette. Rooms are filled with ash trays (3 in our room) when the hotel is supposedly non-smoking. Hallways and stairs are narrow. The air condition in the two rooms we occupied are very loud. They are louder than the television.

It was all good. Really. Food prices were very reasonable. Ceasar salad was excellent. All room orders were delivered quickly. Room setup was very romantic.

Ok stay, terrible location, NO WIFI!
Had to stay a couple of days in a budget hotel. Price and room is totally ok. You get what you pay for. Location is in a area where no taxidriver whant to go! Ok distance from both MoA and SM Makati. But lots of Taxidrivers will not go here, or pretend to not knowing the area, even if you show them the map and directions on your phone. Could easily extend my stay, but had to relocate because of the location, and also the terrible, ad practically NO WIFI. Culd not stay online eighter for work checkups or contact with family.

Bad service and inefficient staff
Had to wait at the front desk for an hour to wait for the confirmation of my booking. Front desk staff doesn't know what to do with my reservation. My attention was called during checkout that I need to pay extra and I told the staff that it was an Expedia and it was already been paid.

This hotel actually has many branches in Manila but I was staying in the one that is hidden out from the main road. Main road is too noisy and bad air quality (due to heavy traffics).

Interesting hotel
Used this hotel as a stop-over for our connecting flight in Manila. We weren't aware until we arrived that the hotel specialises in accommodating explicit activities. Everything in the room is geared up that way. There are mirrors on the ceiling, adult channels on the TV, and everything is sterilised and presented in plastic wrap. The room was very clean though because of it and we enjoyed our time there. Rooms can be rented by the hour, good for people like us who are only sleeping a few hours before the next flight.

Good for people who drop the bags and go out!
I placed an order for a canned Coke, it took over 30 minutes. Toilets had low water pressure and barely flushed. Asked staff questions about local area, they had no information.

I've stayed here multiple times. Its not perfect but the price is right. I recommend if you are on a budget, or plan on staying out most of the day and just need a place to sleep. Ac works well, and tv has a lot of channels. Although all 3 rooms I've stayed in have had different tv's, ranging from decent to terrible. Wifi signal is not very strong. But you get what you pay for

Good Price, but not the best quality
The first room we had was very nice. We had a few day vacation out of manila and when we returned we booked Sogo again. The room was very sad. toilet wouldn't flush. The leaking sink flooded the bathroom. They did change us rooms, but the next room wasn't any better. Location is not far from the malls, but the alley was a little creepy.

Spotless room, poor location, alright for a night.
We were only there for one night between flights and just needed a bed. We were a bit concerned that as hotel also rents rooms by the hour it may be sleazy, but were pleasantly surprised by cleanliness and standard of room. Towels and sheets were immaculate, bedroom and bathroom spotless. Location was disappointing as in industrial area with no shops or restaurants around. No windows in the room. We ordered room service which was affordable and of reasonable standard. Wifi was good. Cable TV fine. I would probably chose one of their sister hotels if in transit in Manila again as they are located in areas with more shops, eating options etc.

Stundenhotel nahe Flughafen (Pasay) Check-inn dauert lange ,Zimmergroesse ist ok. Statt den Vielen Spiegeln im Bettbereich haette ich einen Kuehlschrank bevorzugt. Das Bad (Wandfliesen) war nicht sauber. Aber fuer den Preis und auch die kurze Taxifahrt vom Flughafen, sollte man keine zu hohe Ansprueche haben! Vermutlich waehle ich fuer meinen naechsten one night stop over in Manila ein anderes Hotel

空港に近いが・・・
マニラ空港から日本へ帰国するために1泊だけ空港近くのこのホテルに宿泊しました。 悪い所から、Wifiは全く繋がりません。紙に書いたパスワードもありません。最初にフロントで聞いたパスワードはホテルネイム、それは違って次に電話で聞いたのはホテルネイムの含まれる長いパスワードでした。基本的の電波の状態が全く弱く全く繋がりません。フロントレディーも親切ではありません。不親切でもないのですが客の気持ちを読み取ろうとは全くしません。解ったかという態度です。シャワーは水のみ、テレビはチャンネルを回すとアダルトが流れ課金されるのでニュースを見るのも注意が必要です。ベットカバーはありません。良い所は空港い近い。それだけです。ターミナル２までは150Pで行きます。因みにここへ来る時は空港から500P要求されましたが300P払ってしまいました。タクシーは毎回失敗します。
