What we like most about the property is the availability of parking, the cleanliness and the food. Although the price is a bit higher than the other star 3 hotels we find the place a safe place to leave in

Check AC please
Overall it was a good experience save for temperature control in room 1212. The room stayed quite warm despite the lowest setting in the AC.

Over all stay was very good. Room is spacious and clean. Check in was also very smooth and my booking was without glitch. Breakfast choice though was limited but still acceptable.

Service needs improvement. Service personnel lacked professional skills in dealing with hotel guests, except perhaps with the front desk which was generally helpful. The wait staff at the breakfast buffet were generally okay but they lack professional skills to enforce policy that the guests were not aware of.

College Training Hotel: good for price but limited
Typical Philippines service with an apology and a smile. Two important considerations based on the fact that this is a campus training hotel: (1) the area has few amenities, pretty poor neighborhood; and (2) as a training hotel the meals and services are limited. Business center was limited. Free breakfast buffer, but limited choices, and the lunch/dinner menu was limited. 1km walk to anything that looks like a restaurant (there is street food nearby, bars, and small coffeeshops too). 7-11 is near for minor purchases.

Nice Hotel
First impression of the lobby was great. Room was pleasing to the eyes. I just noticed I got itchy using the comforter, so I just used my own bed sheets. Breakfast buffet was a plus.

Okay stay but close to the city
The rooms were lovely and service was great. However the breakfast buffet was a let down with not much international food and the swimming pool is far smaller than how it looks in the pictures.

Everything you could want in a hotel (except for a hair dryer)! The hotel had the trappings of a luxury hotel, room was clean and well-equipped, towels plush. Breakfast buffet was good, but not great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi better than average for Philippines. Not much more you could ask for, I will stay there again.Only drawback was no decent restaurants in walking distance.

A lovely modern hotel, looks nearly new. We weren't expecting it to be so great with the price we paid. They will mind your bags if you have an evening flight and want to do things in Manila after checking out. We had an issue at dinner (no beers left in the hotel) that was quickly resolved by the resident manager Jay. I'll be staying there again if I return to Manila.

Nobody knows where this is.....
This is a really good hotel for the money with only one major drawback. It is very hard to find and quite far from all the major places - when you take into consideration Manila traffic. It certainly deserves another star. However, there are some small issues, the menu for example is rather limited and the breakfast buffet was meager and did not allow for halal or kosha food (big on pork sausages and bacon though). I was a little taken aback when the front desk manager when I signed in quite rudely said "who is this person - is SHE with you?" - (my wife is Pinay). I understand this is a teaching hotel and that the staff are hotel and hospitality trainees but more than one of the staff was brusque and impolite - I don't blame them they could do with some basic lessons in polite English usage (I am English) - and I highly recommend that the college teaches them better English because some people might get really upset. I felt that the staff were under pressure as if they were being examined while working - several members of the restaurant staff apologized over profusely and nervously when they made small mistakes...like not bringing cutlery...! Also, the room service is limited and closes really early...On the second day they closed the restauarant for stock taking without warning the guests. The TV could not be connected to a PC or hard disk as the USB socket did not work. The bed was to say the least 'firm' - they should provide more towels, bathrobes and extra pillows

Good place for short stay , or busness stay in Manila , good value and convenient location. However, for tall Europeans, you may find the beds far too short (im 6"1' , and literally had my feet hanging off end of bed, in the Delux room)

Evidently in middle of Catholic university campus, perhaps run as a work experience for hotel management school? Brand new, very nice. No beer sold in stores in this neighborhood.
