Host was responsive! Booked for 4 and since this is an apartment and described with a kitchenette, I was expecting plates and utensils good for 4 but there's just 1 plate that we had to go down to 7eleven to buy the basic stuff.

We ended up not staying there because of confusion with hotels.com and the host with checking in. We ended up getting a hold of Mary who refunded are stay and was very apologetic for the confusion that happened during our check-in. All advice would be to find out what cluster you’re staying in and don’t just ask one security guard they go to the cluster that you’re staying at and ask them to check in. The location is greatly located right there walking distance from the casinos, literally across the street. It’s worth the stay wish we could have stayed there!

Took forever to find the place because they did not provide the right address. Waited about 40 mins after checking in time, oneof the master bed wasn’t clean and it has throw up smells, they charge for daily cleaning and wish they provided more cleaning supplies and floor mats.But other than that, the staffs are friendly and reliable.

Everything is good. Most of the appliances and fixtures are new or very well taken care of. Only will be a plus if there is microwave for easy heating on the next day and the masters toilet room shower heater seems not working. But nonetheless it is a very good place to stay. Highly recommended for big family.

Property overall was not bad. For the most part, staff as a whole were not bad except someone named James who pretended like he was security, made our trip ending quite terrible with his obnoxiousness and false accusations.This was after we drove around for over 30 minutes, the night before trying to find a place. And then Expedia tried to convince us that the property was properly named although the name in the description was City of Dreams when the property name in the low should have been Bayshore Residential Resort. And they kept telling us to look for a blue building right beside okada, when in fact the building was not visibly blue and not next to Okada.

Security staff was friendly. Pool is free and inclusive but shower at the pool area does not have water. Toilet is stinky and dirty. There is a nice view of Manila bay, but the smell of Manila bay from the pool is really nasty. The unit was advertise as exclusive but has barely any kitchen wares. The only pot and 1 wok is very dirty. Floors were very greasy. The unit is dusty. The 2 bedrooms were advertized with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed, but it was just 1 queen, 1 double and no sofa bed. As soon as we checked in, we already requested for extra blankets and beddings, but we only got an extra blanket the 2nd day. The blankets we were given has huge holes. The unit was advertised with sea view, but the only view you see is the next building. Wifi is too weak and could barely connect. Downstairs at the lobby is a dead spot so you have to walk outside the building to get a phone signal to book a ride. Atleast there was a 7-11 on the next bldg where we were able to buy some soaps and shampoos. The worst is getting a knock from the caretaker the day before we were scheduled to check out and we were mistakenly told we were suppose to be checking out that day. So obviously the owner and caretakers don't communicate properly.

mixed bag here. its not a hotel. you are renting a condo from someone in cebu who has staff here. owner has several units across many buildings. you arrive at a parking garage and have to find the cluster that your room is part of. a cluster is just a glass room in the corner of the parking garage and each garage will have several. i suggest figuring it out before you arrive by messaging host. otherwise you are talking to building staff which dont really know anything about your reservation but try to help by calling the owner or its staff. a confusing mess. I got double booked and instead of saying anything they just put me in a room that was 1/3rd the size of what i paid for. then they just tell me the right room is unavailable but they can transfer me to it tomorrow. and they offered me like a 50% refund for the day. i was like no.... this is 1 room I booked 3 as an apartment. not only is that refund insufficient but also this wont fit everyone. they offered me a second room to compensate and because i did not want to find other accommodation i accepted. the second room was a 5 minute walk away in another building. it split up my family. i wont book through these guys again but you might have better luck.

When I booked it, I had a hard time trying to get the name of the property. Okada, City of Dreams and Solaire are three different properties and none of them is the booked place. I communicated that my mother and family will be there a day before my arrival which is why I booked it a day ahead. When they got there, they pushed them to be moved in a two bedroom, very small and only seeing the building as views. I paid for a luxury 3 bedroom apartment, sea view. Getting a hold of their contact person was so hard and told us that they double booked. We were moved to the one I booked the next day so we had to pack again. The hassle and stress were frustrating especially after my 21 hour flight! There was no compensation for that one whole day that we were put in a very small apartment when I paid for the bigger stay. And when I was told that we're moving to a much bigger apartment, they made it sound like they're doing me a favor when in fact that is what I paid for. No apologies for the inconvenience and no offer to pay back the difference for what I paid for and where they put my family the first night to second day. The place (the one I booked) is nice. No complaints about that and it matched the pictures of the one I booked. What I am complaining about is the way we were pushed to a much smaller apartment because they double booked. And can't a hold of anybody.

This place is a scam and one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. They gave us a different room from the one we booked, and there was no communication from the host whenever we needed assistance—from check-in to check-out. We didn’t receive any help until the next day. They said they would send us a ride, but it never arrived. The condo was extremely dirty and had a terrible smell. There were not enough pillows and blankets for the number of guests, and one of the beds didn’t even have a pillow or blanket. Since no one was available to help us, and the front desk said only the host could assist us, we had no choice but to sleep together in one bed. Things got even worse afterward. The host, was unprofessional and made promises she never kept. After I contacted other hosts to relay my concerns, she finally spoke with me on our first day. She apologized and offered us a discount, but I told her all I wanted was for the room to be properly cleaned because it was filthy and smelled awful. The couch had water stains, the room was dusty, and several chairs were broken. She agreed to have the room cleaned and even gave us a specific time. We left the condo for 3–4 hours to give the cleaners enough time to work without any inconvenience. When we returned, nothing had changed. The room was still dirty, and it was obvious that no cleaning had been done. They only changed the bed sheets, but even the replacement linens smelled bad. They then claimed they couldn’t clean
