I really appreciate the service here at the Coro hotel, will definitely be back soon. It has a nice rooftop bar, with a pool, all friendly staff which I always love. and the service is good, attentive and great. I always love staying at the Coro hotel when I travel.

This is a lovely property. The staff is great, the place is clean and the rooms are nice. It just happens to be in the Red Light District away from all the major tourist attractions. The area around the hotel is not particularly appealing to a tourist.

Great property, wonderful rooftop pool. Everyhting was great and staff was excellent. Two issues wifi was really bad, needed to log in every hour, frustrating and no room charges without deposit again frustrating, not be able to pay charges on checkout. On the whole this is a great hotel and I would return for sure

Great property. Pool on 17th Floor and front house managers were excellent. Good security. Only problem Is Wifi, I had no reconnect 16 times as it dumps you out every change very frustrating. That is the only issue. Very clean good service. Would highly recommend

The staff are nice very approachable . They clean the room everytime I ask. Around the place is convenient if you like night out. Bar &pool is good relaxing they will try to make a drink that you will request hope they could have more training about alcohol and drinks . It’s quite expensive I was looking forward for fresh juice not powder juices I think it will improved the quality of any beverage

Great property, was the favorite of my stay in Manila. I highly recommend the deluxe room, excellent size for the price. Rooftop bar is fantastic, some people will enjoy the unlimited drinks during happy hour (4-9!!). The one downside for some travelers is that the hotel is located in a very busy nightlife section of town, so if you are looking for a quiet stay, this is not the place for you. Watch yourself at night, lots of street people hang around this area.

Our AC did not work at check-in. We called the front desk three times throughout the day and went to the front twice. Finally, at 11 pm, we told them we wanted to go to bed, and that room was SOOO hot. They kept saying someone would check it, but they had been saying this since 2 pm. After a long day of travel, we finally got frustrated and said someone needed to come so we could go to sleep. They finally came around 11:30 pm and took about 15- 20 minutes to fix it. They never apologized or offered us to move rooms or anything. I was very disappointed in the way this was handled. Overall we booked this hotel as we expected it to be very good. Aside from this though the hotel was very nice and clean.

Makati Terrible Choice For Manila First Timers
This hotel, superficially, seems excellent. Spacious lobby, a small gym, nice pool, with sometimes noisy adjacent restaurant. The room was large. Well-appointed with fridge, microwave and plates/cutlery. Large TV, with many English language TV News choices. Lots of drawers So, what's the beef. First, the area, not their fault, is NOT the place to be for tourists, despite travel reports, unless all you want to do is eat and drink in a mostly red light district. Manila is an hour or more by cab (though cheap). The hotel staff is mixed, many desk clerks with an almost Valley Girl cluelessness. No regional street map provided with no excuses. They charge a deposit of $40, refundable AFTER they inspect the room. No other hotel would not let me leave without such inspection. I passed and they said they'd reverse the charge, instead of just pulling the pending status. The sink hot water took five or more minutes, just to get warm. Reported, but they did nothing. The shower, better, but the controls position made you endure cold water initially, hard to escape. English, so, so. Had to repeat a lot. Room safe had to have new battery installed. Barraged me with queries about cleaning, because I slept late, even though they service rooms 24 hours. Then, I left 1 pm, illuminated MAKE UP ROOM sign, said hello to cleaner, and 4 hours later he did nothing. Reported, then service done. Restaurants only had QR code, no menus. Wifi never remembered me. So, this hotel, not so hot.
