Everything was good but it takes days before someone replies here or on their fb page. but when you arrive there, the staff assigned to you replies fast and makes sure you are comfortable

Only stayed for a few days and communication was good with the property caretaker Ruby. very friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. Asked for extra garbage can and rug as there is only one of each in the unit and provided with items quickly. Unit was very clean, and will recommend as it provides best bang for your buck. Centrally located to everything (market, hospital, church, laundry, restos, malls) like EVERYTHING. Only point of improvement was the slow drains in the bathroom (sink & shower) which the building maintenance is aware of and the congested elevators during peak times (7am till 9am AND 4pm till 6pm).

The electricity went out on the second day. The owners hadn't bothered to pay for it. Lot's of small things were broken and or/needed repair. Pool & sauna were nice. Communication was very poor, almost impossible to get help with things. Lifts in the tower were constantly "out of service". Very unimpressed overall.

Beacon was a great stay!

Cosy in a very nice area
Everything went very well feom the first communication to the check out. The owner very friendly and accomodating with flexible time of check in. The building is a very nice area with an amazing view on Makati. Very calm as well and all the COVID-19 measure well respected. In addition, the staff extremely helpful and friendly. They made my stay feels like home. I do recommend this place

OK but has room for improvement
1. On arrival had to prove that we had neg. medical certicates for Covid-19. This was not stated as a requirement when we made the reservation. 2. There were onky 2 towels in the room with 3 people though it was known there would be 3 people. 3. The key to one of the rooms never did work. Otherwise, the location was good. Finally, i made the reservation in Philippine pesos & without my permission was converted to USD whichbi know was at a sognificantly lower rate that the going exchange rate. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO DO THAT! I SHOULD DETERMINE WHAT CURRENCY I WANT MY CREDIT CARD BANK TO BE BILLED IN!!!

Hi! Noted on the improvement. But please be informed that we are not the one who is processing the payment. You booked through the platform which the platform will only pay us 1,699 and it will take us almost a month to get that payment. Complaints should be directly made to the platform which you have processed the booking. Likewise, our room rates are reasonable knowing our rooms, compared to others, are nice. Hopefully, you demand according to the amount you paid for. And, it does not hurt to be nice too given the situation we are in now. Especially to my staff. Kinder approach will go a long way. Highly Recommended
The Beacon Makati is great for people who wants great value for their money. The rooms are compact but it has all you need for long stays like refrigerator, electric stove, auto rice cooker, cooking utensils, etc. Jeanie, the hotel manager has been very accommodating and helpful. Overall, we just love the hotel!!

Great location in Makati district
Nice apartment hotel, centrally located in Makati district, near lots of restaurants. A little trouble confirming our reservation and waiting for the room to become available, but ended up fine and a nice stay. Nice pool, good wifi, hot water and water pressure. Would stay here again.

I Enjoyed My 3 Day Stay at Christine Suites
I have stayed at The Beacon several times. I like the location because it is a short walk via Arnaiz Avenue to Greenbelt/Glorietta Malls. The condo has no microwave oven. I enjoyed staying at the condo. It was quiet & comfortable. The staff was professional & courteous.
