"Our stay in the hotel was magnificent. The hotel is new but there is warmth feeling radiating in the hotel. The welcoming smile and the helpfulness of everyone from the concierge, the housekeeping, the front desk and the managers. I commend the people that training them, they are doing a good job training them in proving service and the real sense of hospitality. You’re staff works as one, nobody tries to out shine the other…a simple smile in their faces showed the love and sincerity to their job.
