Stayed 2 nights at the 3 bedroom apartment which was good. Staff are very accommodating, even delivering packages to our room. Room was immaculately clean. Security was good too. Parking attendants very helpful.

We stayed here for a night for the NY @ 5th event. The location was perfect because we only had to step out of the hotel and walk 20m to reach the intersection of where the NY countdown took place. Nothing spectacular about the lobby but the staff are very friendly and helpful. It was our first time at Ascott BGC my initial impression of the lobby and reception area was that it looked like a 3 star hotel. Anyway, the stay was good and the breakfast buffet was alright. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Ascott shines because of its staff.

From the moment you walk in you feel so safe and cared for at Ascott BGC. I’m beyond impressed with the security staff, front desk team, and most of all Les!!! This is the kind of property a guest wants to return to as their home away from home over and over again. It’s posh and they sure keep the place spotty clean! Can’t wait for my next visit.

Very well managed property. One issue maybe for guests staying at the property for more than three weeks when entering to park vehicle at the basement being asked to always open the car boot. I have not had such experience when I stayed earlier at SEDA and at PPT.

Upon checking in they said the room I booked wasn't available so they upgraded my room which was to my surprise and very kind of them. The bedroom I stayed at was the 2 bedroom apartment and it was amazing one of the best! It was clean, ac was working perfectly it was just perfect. Breakfast was lovely a lot of options, service was beyond amazing and location was convenient. Planning on booking again but for a longer duration. If you're looking for a place to stay in BGC, this is the one. You won't regret it. One of the best hotels I've stayed in the whole world. Will definitely be back. Thanks to all staff for the wonderful stay and see you on January again!

The good: - staff is attentive and everywhere, you feel taken care of, they are polite and helpful. - pseudo bottled water provided, a nice touch - neighborhood is great, clean, safe, close to many things - place is clean - breakfast is decent with good selection The not as good: - cleaning time are a bit awkward if you are around for it, they leave your room door open and leave the cleaning cart outside, everyone passing in the hallway can see your awkward self waiting for the cleaning to end - TV had a black spot in the middle - They have notes encouraging recycling but they rarely leave a bag for it, puzzling - The lights in the living room had no visible switch, I'm still wondering how to close them - The washing machine just can't dry despite what it claims, tried a bunch of settings and 2h later the clothes were still very wet. They offer a laundry service but the prices are insane.

Occasionally we stay in Manila. We have found the Ascott Bonafacio to be the nicest hotel so far. The suite to be quite luxurious and a good value for the money. The breakfast is probably the best in town.

It was a staycation present for my dad celebrating his birthday, the whole experience was seamless, although there was no complimentary upgrade provided given my gold membership, they were accorded late check out up to 5pm which was much appreciated. Overall, my parents enjoyed the breakfast variety, loved the location and certainly loved the space & cleanliness in the room.

nice stay but more attention required !
good location and room, staff are friendly, excellent housekeeping and gym / pool facilities. downsides are slowness in getting things done within the business suite (seem like they did not know what to do and check everything including pricing, you then start wonder if the pricing provided is correct plus no focus on completing the task at hand).

We love our stay here. Their amenities are great. Even after you check out, you still can use their bathroom which has showers, sauna, pool etc. you just need to ask a staff member. Their lobby has multiple couches and tables, work stations. - Location: at the center of uptown BGC, just right across the street from banks, shopping center, cafe & restaurants, food district on 5th ave. Taxi drive 5 mins to Market Market - Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful - Breakfast: selection is not great, foods are okay, even the order to cook eggs were not so good. They can't even cook basmati rice properly - Their gym is big and clean, you must wear shoes that cover toes to be able to workout the gym. My husband only pack slippers so we had to go to Market Market to buy a pair of 300 peso random shoes. Next door, there's sauna and shower rooms in each of the men and women's bathroom. Plenty of towels around the pool provided. The pool is nice, but Jacuzzi was broken and not hot during our stay. - Room is nice and clean, could be spacious if you get corner room, very modern and new. There's kitchen and everything needed to make meal, even rice cooker. They also gave a fancy package of white or dark chocolate corn flake oatmeal on the table upon checking in. - Bathroom: clean with stand up shower and bath tub separated. Salt for bath tub is provided. Overall, we'll definitely stay again next time in BGC

Overall the property is in a good location, clean and modern, and very comfortable to stay here. Some areas to improve are the lack of variety in the breakfast buffet and the pool being too cold (so is the hot tub).

The 1bedroom suite was well-appointed, fully furnished, spacious and clean. The bathroom had a tub too and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped as well with all the appliances and pots&pans, etc. Had no problem with accomodation. Problem was with checking out. It took 45minutes. They did not have a good system. Tried the room service and was disappointed with food choices. Many on the menu were note available
