"Everything about this hotel and our stay was A****. The lovely ladies at reception were very welcoming and helpful, the coffee served in this hotel is divine!!! Hotel was very clean (Pics on website exactly what you see in person), room was a good size, bed was perfect and relaxing, bathroom was modern and clean!! I can't stress that enough. it was walking distance to the center of everything. Would highly recommend this hotel. I will be coming back to stay when next in Prague."

"No support for towels or towel drying device since there is no regular towel change, no place to put the toiletries inside the shower, a lot of garbage accumulation some days since the cleaning is not very regular."

"The room was kept clean but the matress was very old to the point that it was uneven. I got the deluxe room with window to the street. There was a pub and very noisy at nights. Staff was friendly but the cleaning service still went into my room after I placed the "Do not disturb" sign outside the door. A fairly good location though."

Room was clean and tidy, with a gorgeous bathroom. Breakfast buffet had everything you'd want. Definitely don't forget to book a beer bath, I did twice because it's so lovely! "
