"Great experience! Interesting setup with the shared kitchen etc...you get to meet people coming and going if you spend time on the main floor. "I stayed for two night me and my two buddies we only reserved for one night at first but then decided to stay another. The bed was like sleeping on clouds, the kitchen cleaner then my mom’s kitchen. Pool was nice and warm hot tub was perfect. As well as the chop steak house next door was absolutely delicious thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in the grand suite"

"All in all the hotel is great, accessible going to downtown, airport and getting food - the breakfast was wonderful, the staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, only have noticed on the laundry guest - the washing machines are moldy - I think its time to have it deep cleaning - Thank you"

"Parking, breakfast and wifi was included so it was peace of mind for us. Superficially clean but there was some dust on curtain panels in our room and panels were dark blue so it was visible. Overall it was good and yes for sure I would consider this business again if we visit Ottawa. "

"Our room was very clean and the bathroom was also clean. Most most important to us. We had a fridge which was a nice option. Coffee was in the room but the hotel had a nice breakfast including boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, breads, muffins, juice and a nice coffee machine that offers a variety of hot beverages. Would stay here again without hesitation "
